It's just sparring with someone who's somewhere between amateur and professional level, and Buakaw obviously had to give chances, hold back the power of his shots and KICKS or else he would injure his "opponent" very badly.

Very disappointed sparring of Buakaw . Is this a child play ? It should be more intense and serious , filled with useful technique . Otherwise , Muay Thai would become funny thing for foreigners .

sir, that bag ballances way too much - try a heavyer and more dense filled heavy bag = more conditioning & less lost energy - p.s.: 40 cm diameter heavybags are more usefull for any training
