This video is not any stuff about how to kick or who is the best kicking, It is just part of the 100 kick a day challenge I'm doing for shin conditioning.
(Bag weight is about 45kg, diameter 35 cm).
Shin conditioning take a long time, it takes years. Kicking a Heavy bag is a great exercice is great to develop strong shin. The bag doesn't have to be hard if you start. Doing hundred of kicks on each leg is going to deading the nerves (who signal to your brain) and also going to develop the bones by creating micro fractures in the bone itself and rebuild it. (Another good drill is box squat and jump squat).
