We are currently over 6 months into waiting for a grammar fix by adding an 'R' to a particular line that has been floating around the internet. More and more I want to run to Unreal, maybe it will be better.

You just create a texture with a transparency layer in something like photoshop or save out as a .PNG and use a shader that used a cutout. Very similar to now and just whack your material on a plane, it worked just as you'd expect. :)

@@SpeedTutor I think that's normal, right? I don't know what kind of eye surgery you had, but it should improve a little each day. Just make sure to rest enough.

Good luck with your surgery. I had that done, it's a bit of a pain the recovery but Im glad I did it. Good bundle, have to think about it though, hmmmm yup really have to think about it.

Hi Matt, I hope your eye surgery went ok m8 ! I'm passing on these assets...I need to buy another hard drive😮 last one I bought was a WD 5 TB for £80 ! and it's filling up quick.

I'm using the full set of Kubacho's vEnhancers, and there's some really great stuff in there. I especially love vTabs that lets me have custom Tabs open for whatever I want to get at all the time (GameObjects, Prefabs, Scriptable Objects, etc), which saves lots of back-n-forth in the Project window... and the vFavorites system is awesome, I now get to almost everything via vFavorites! Makes project browsing so much better. And to make the most of those features, you really want vFolders and vHierarchy, so you have all the custom icons, etc. And I'm using vInspector 1 still, and I really like the Foldouts especially, but plan to make more use of the Tabs and ShowIf, etc, when needed. (Would loooove a copy of vInspector2!) :D

Hi Matt, I'm in the middle of converting my PC game to Xbox . I've got the mouse party done by using the Xbox controller. But the level selector that uses buttons on the PC version doesn't go well on the Xbox version. I thought I used raycasts to select gameobject for PC but it doesn't work on Canvas. Don't suppose the best way of getting round this.? (I'm using 3d box collider visually in the same place as the buttons(UI) but obviously there not in the same place, and HD and 4K change the places again ....arrrggh 😮😢

What input system are you using? As you can just use the EventSystem to control what buttons should be interacted with. I always use rewired because it does a great job but you want to make sure you always give the EventSystem the button you want when you enter a new screen, so it always knows which is first, then it will automatically navigate between the rest of the items on screen. :)

@@SpeedTutor I've sorted it Matt !, instead f using the UI and ray casts (4 the Xbox controller) (which ray cast I was using don't work on the UI) I've done the selection menu with actual "Scenes" of the levels so they're 3D Objects which I can use the Ray casts. OH, I hope your eye OP went OK, m8 !

@@SpeedTutor It really bothered me when I lost open folder or asset by mistake when I clicked wrongfully. vTabs solved this pain elegantly and sped up the process when I needed to find something. Now I can just leave it open in a tab. It feels very natural.
