You should be 1) supported by your family, 2) be rich, 3) win prestigious races to get paid for riding a bike. There is no way that someone pays you to ride a bike. :D

Good luck, you could say the money in racing is drying up with sales but tbh I see it as a concentration of powers, the survival of the fittest. Things were not natural in the past 4 yrs, now it's coming back to some kind of normal ...

Hey, why do you ride the Assegai? I know a lot of athletes riding it because of their contract. Otherwise riding the DHR2 front and rear. What´s the case for you? Do you like the Assegai in the wet/mud?
@innesgrahambike3 ай бұрын
I’ve never ridden an DHR2 on the front. I genuinely really love the amount of contact you have with the Assegai. Another favourite tire is a DHF. The Assegai to me is an intermediate all rounder. If it’s super wet I’ll probably go for the DHF as it clears mud a little better

Oh I struggle with arm pump too, have you some recommendation ? I do have a physic prep but I think I can do other things to help my hands 😅 Cheers
@innesgrahambike3 ай бұрын
I think lots of bike time will definitely help, lighter sidewalls on tires will be good (to a certain extent) and good brakes for sure. It’s a never ending battle I’ll be honest
@hannes61143 ай бұрын
grips with good damping help, preferrably not lock ons since they don't have as much rubber in them

@@innesgrahambike yeah for sure but i already have 40k of d- this winter and this problem isn’t solved ahah 😅 I will try lighter tire in the front ! Cheers for the tips :)

@@emericlardet2001 I think Renthal does Push on ultra tacky grips and ODI does longneck slx flangeless push ons for example, you need to glue and wire them on though

nice to see you back on the tube. bike looks amazing. you should do something around taking pics at races too - cross fertilise the audience. taking pics of racing is never easy. Loved the Sven martin video that santa cruz put out. ps - you will love StoneKing - just dont ruin the bike/yourself on day 1! Play the long game.

Im really curious as to why you chose to go for a medium rather than large at just under 6ft? Was it the same reasoning as the narrow bars? Do you just have balls of steel and have no desire for stability when hauling ass?
