Hey if u can please help me out here , i drive non cdl like 2 weeks ago a got a court sitation because the officer said that i was overweight for 8.900 lbs yet my total weight was 18.900 lbs and i can do 26.000 or lees as a non cdl driver but he said that my teuck registration had a gvwr of 10.000 lbs so i was overweight for 8.9000 lbs i called my mom she went to the tag office and changed the gvwr to 26.000 lbs and he said i could go but i still have court tomorrow so i was wondering if you could give me your opinion on this and maybe if you know what can happen tomorrow in court

My trailer is gvwr 40,000 my axles are 16 and 16 and it says to never carry load more than 26,920 so when I get my empty trailer weight am I subtracting the axles which is 32,000 or the 26920 sugestion

I’m working on my college degree for business administration associates degree . I already have my class A license so I’m thinking of doing hotshot work . I already know the trucking part now I need knowledge in the area of business in general . An associates degree is easier to obtain plus it hits on light finance , accounting , marketing plus budging for your business . I learned a long time ago you need to know things for yourself .

.Good video, but I would have to disagree with cheating the registration part. It's a loophole, but it's not illegal to de-rate your trailer so you can be under the combined weight for non-cdl hotshot. It's all about being legal and being safe. overall good info.
