With full control of colors and whites, the whites won’t go as bright as they do without the remote. Why is that?

Is there a tutorial on how to connect this to WIFI? It shouldn't be hard but I can't find a way to do that.

This controller is great, but the app is HORRIBLE. When you open the app it defaults to one randomly selected controller/light, so if you always use a group you have to leave the default controller/light which is random, confirm you want to leave it, then select the group you want to use most of the time!!! It takes 10 or 15 seconds, many presses EVERY TIME. PLEASE add a setting for a default light or group to be loaded on app start every time!! And while there is an option to use White and Color LEDS simultaneously, it ruins the color control! If you select the White and RGB simultaneous option in the settings you can no longer have the White turn all the way down in color mode, so if you select a fully saturated color, it's never a pure color, there's always white light mixed in! If you select a fully saturated color in this mode it should dim the white LEDs all the way off! As you select less saturated colors the white light should be mixed in proportionally and when you select fully unsaturated the white LEDs and all color LEDs should all be at full brightness. And with this White and RGB simultaneous setting selection if you are in white mode, the RGB is not used to get maximum brightness. Ideally in white mode the RGB should be used with the white LEDs and be used to assist the selection of warmer/cooler white light and give maximum brightness. Ideally there would be settings to calibrate color, so RGB LEDS would be used in the correct amounts to assist cooler and warmer white lighting without adding unhelpful color tinting. I would love to wake up in my RV to slowly brightening lighting. You should add the ability in the Android app to set times to turn on, brighten over time, etc. The hardware is great as long as you do not need to use integration with Alexa, Google Home, IFTT. But the app limitations and poorly thought out designs ruins the experience. Also, please make a version of this controller that works with just the remote and local bluetooth app control without any internet connection as this one does, BUT ALSO allows wifi control from Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT. This would be a very powerful combination and allow use when off grid, but take advantage of the cloud when that's available!

I got the ws2812B for this controller and the colors are flipped (I chose the RGB WS2811 in the settings menu). Is there any fix? I tried other settings but it does not match up.

Can the controller be powered via usb? And if so, after purchasing the kit, will a usb cable be the only thing I’ll need? These would be perfect for my electric bike. I cannot find any quality lights like these nowhere these days. I can only use usb because I don’t want to accidentally destroy the bike battery trying to hook the LEDs so I have to use a usb power supply that can plug into a power bank.

after a couple minutes it smelled burnt and when i unplugged the power supply the end of the plug had burnt plastic. i bought the exact same power supply. It may have been because of how the plug was angled, should i try replugging it even with the end of the power supply plug burnt or is that a really bad idea

Can the connector be opened and closed multiple times?

This controller experiences a high frequency noise when in operation mode. Changing colors in RGB mode, or changing tunable white. It doesn't matter the noise is the same high frequency annoying sound. Sounds only emit under load (if off why would it emit sound)

Okay so I have a question regarding the product I bought from you, it's model says it is BTF LIGHTING, Part Number 2427-8*32 which is an 11 Tall, by 44 Wide LED display and I bought 2 of these. I linked them together with the first one being on the left and the second one being on the right. I am using the K-1000C Controller. I have gotten this all to work before, but I cannot for the life of me remember the layout of these boards for Data Direction, what side is the first LED on for these boards, is it Top Left Bottom Left, Top Right or Bottom Right, and where does the Data come out, Top Left Bottom Left Top Right or Bottom Right? What is the Orientation pattern in LEDEDIT K and which one should I select because It is displaying the Text I put in the program, but it is appearing scrambled because I do not have the Layout correct. @LIGHTING BTF

I got the same ones, but there's a problem. The leds doesn't respond anymore to the app and connect, and the lighting is kinda buggy. Can you help me? I just got it 3 days ago and it's already bugging I don't know what's wrong. If there's only a way to factory reset the led lights tell me please!
