Absolutely love the accent, nothing like the American accent at all. Over all a really good video, keep up the good work.

Oh thank you for sharing these! I tend to overbuy and this video may safe me some money I can better spend on a new carving tool!

Thanks very clear and informative. I was able to create a shopping list of everything (the essentials) I need to get started!❤

This is a bit counterintuitive to me. It seems like the multiple balls with space in between them would produce a less “even” result than a regular baren or a rolling pin.

The Slama does give a great flat colour as you continually move it. You wouldn’t be able to give the same pressure with a regular baren and even less with a rolling pin.

Great! But how would you go about this if you need to mask things in the middle of the image, rather than round the edges?

Not really expecting a response on this one but figured I'd give it a shot. Had a Speedball Photo Emulsion Kit and not sure where the sensitizer ran off to....so off to the store I went to get a bottle of sensitizer....only the non kit size isn't the same size/amount as the kit version....so basically I had to do some tricky pouring/separating math and being as careful as I could my mix turned out a little on the dark side.....should I expect extra long drying time? require extra time under the lamp? or just a full on disaster no matter what way I slice it?

I’d say, there’s only one way to find out lol. Try experimenting with the dry time and burning time. You might be able to get it to work

A good demonstration. I hadn’t seen these before. Is there a danger that the heavy weights could damage fine details such as thin lines in a block?

A great demonstration and a lovely print. How much of the top part did you want to include? From the second print I wasn’t quite sure what lines should have been included and what was chatter.
