I get hives on my forearms when I consume dairy. I sure do miss cheese though. It's more difficult when I am also allergic to wheat and soy. But I just made creme brulee out of coconut milk.. you can find ways to make the stuff you love. Except cheese :(

White rice we eat now is mostly bleached and devoid of nutrients.Black rice is alwys better.White salt(most of the table salt),white flour, white sugar, white bread are all bad for you but cheap products.Designed that way to keep us in the hospital.

Which do I need I have clogged ears and post nasal drip . I hack alot and trying to see what I can buy one doctor said I have rhinitis which is basically hayfever i believe. I have a humidifier but not sure if that's what I need. Especially since I'm in Missouri and its very humid as it . Any suggestions? My nose used to be alot worse but neti pots saline rinse has helped me a lot over time but looking for something for my whole house that will benefit me. In my case would a air purifier be my best bet?

Hemp seeds are full of protein and healthy fats. 1. Hemp seeds are technically nuts, have many minerals like iron. 2. Protects against heart disease. 3. Heal the skin. 4. Lots of protein. 5. The GLA in hemp seeds help menstrual and menopause issues. 6. Improved digestion. 7. Hemp seeds act as an antioxidant to protect neurons.

I’m a huge advocate for Holistic Health vs. Western medicine. I have been consuming Bee Pollen for years. I love the taste on my oatmeal. I am 61 and have not seen a doctor for anything except the birth of my 4 children (30 yrs ago). I think Moringa, and Bee Pollen have played a big part in my excellent health!

No matter if you’re been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

I’ve been eating black rice for about 20 years. It’s incredible. It was marketed at Trader Joe’s under forbidden rice. This is different than wild rice, which is a different plant. Now this is available at H-Mart and other Asian groceries chains. There is also black barley, but that is harder to find. It’s actually a main crop in Minnesota in central US.

I've been eating rice for over 50 years, I don't have diabetes and I'm totally healthy and I'm muscular, I'm not overweight. People eat too much sugar and trans fat that’s more problem than rice, that cause diabetes, heart disease and stroke and overweight and premature aging of the skin.

Thanks for the informative video. I understand that the bioavailability of bee pollen is quite low. I prefer to ferment bee pollen in local raw honey which unlocks the nutritional potential of the bee pollen with the added benefit of the nutrients contained in raw honey. As the pollen ferments, the sugar content is reduced and the wonderful flavor of the pollen is enhanced. Take half been pollen and half honey, place in a glass jar and cover tightly. Place it on your counter then turn the jar over at least twice per day. It will be ready in a week. Also, the fermentation process makes the been pollen shelf stable indefinitely.
