Unfortunately I didn’t own the Dragy module when I had the 212 so I never got to do it. Strictly off the seat of the pants feel the 213 was a much more violent launch where as the 212 I feel like sort of babies the driveline a bit, sort of bogs down the rpm’s some. Don’t get me wrong the 212 E63S is still a very fast car, but as far as the launch itself goes, the 213 takes the cake in that department.

thanks for the reply. w213 has faster gearbox and has a really good start it'smy thought. whichever you drive, you should be happy because these are 2 fantastically good cars

HI AND THANKS FOR THE QUICK VIDEO1! A elderly friend on fixed income is on vacation and couldn’t just come see me so she stoped in a shop and they charged her 200$ diagnostic. Then quoted 1000$ to repair. I’m glad she couldn’t afford it because she would of been handing the thief’s her money without even having to get out of there seat. Anyways sorry for the negativity. Perfect our elderly from the unjust and lazy!

Is the headlight ballast you replaced on the bottom of the headlights? And do you happen to know if right and left have different part numbers for the ballast?

Unfortunately, I don’t know for sure, however, I believe the ballasts are identical between left and right side. Yes, the ballast is thing mounted at the bottom of the headlight. 👍🏼

Hey it was easy to remove the lights but is there a trick to putting the new lights back in? When put the new light into the housing did you put it up there and hold it against the housing and turn it counter clockwise or clockwise and let it pull it up like how replacing a refrigerator filter works? Got new lights coming in the mail today

Oh it was easy. Just had to screw them back into it just like when replacing a water filter on a fridge and it will lift them right into place when you're doing it rìght. I bought some Phillips D3s from Amazon for like $50 each and did them in the parking lot at Autozone.

Definitely kept it on. I didn’t want any hacked up system. It’s an completely OEM SRT system installed into my Summit. 👍🏼

No, infact you couldn’t if you want to. It’s a cartridge filter on the top of the engine.

What type of tail lights do you have? I like the amber turn signals.

Those are the oem taillights and I changed the coding to European spec using my jscan app. So literally all you have to do is buy amber bulbs to put in the outer reverse bulb location, then code for European amber turn signals. That’s it

Your video saved me from going to the dealer. The front parking sensor got knocked back inside the bumper cover. I was able to reinsert it back in place. Thanks!

Thanks, helped me get all the right size sockets together in advance. On the 2022 model it's not a screwdriver to get the cover off anymore. 10mm socket does the trick.

Seems about right. I just got a 2020 Hemi Overland with 18,000 miles. Lol, only one in the state! Anyway, I bought “As-Is” so I immediately changed oil, basic service. I saw almost identical numbers on a IPhone based app. Good vid.

nail in the tire on the W213. I dont know why but nails in tires are so common with mercs for whatever reason. Got a nail in my AMG awhile back but on the plus side I got upgraded tires :)

Maybe you'll see this and be able to reply. I've done every step down to removing the motor but its putting up a bit of a fight to remove it. Is this normal? I don't want to break something. Build date on pacifica is 7-20

I wish cadillac built more of these....everyone dumps on the 3.6 because it's the same engine as in the Traverse, which isn't necessarily true

Get a ECU/TCU/CPC Tune and air filters and you'll be doing 2.7s :) I just went downpipes and stage 2 once I get it back I'll retest the 0-60 but I am ordering turbos to take it to stage 3 when they are back in stock.
