While the power from tje motor is unplugged, pull the whole auger out to connect it to the motor. Much easier to access that allen bolt to it.

If that retaining "V-Block" does not mate properly to that aftermarket barrel within that dovetail, will not that barrel move over time and then damage that extractor? My Regards Mr. Dominic James Austin.

Great pistol. I bought mine new in 1986. Still looks and functions like it did way back then.

The Ruger 10/22 Instruction Manual reads (in red ink): "Do not place any thread locker (such as LOCTITE) into the screw holes in the receiver, as the thread locker can drip into the bolt or receiver and cause potentially dangerous malfunctions."

Yep the one complaint I have with the 102 is the handle is just a bit too small other than that great knife.

How tight should I have that screw you need the Allen for? Just snug or tight ?

Another website just stated that the recoil spring should have the wavy part of the spring in the front of the rifle and the straight part at the back. I do believe that he is right.

Have you scratched a lot of deer with that Buck skewer? If you managed even half a deer with the long awl you are a hero. Buck's guard is for laughs and tears. A huge round washer protruding unsightly around the handle is a guard? However, in an ugly knife contest, it easily wins first prize. The metal that goes inside the handle (mouse tail) does not rest anywhere on the handle, the handle is hollow inside and the metal moves freely inside it. There is not a drop of glue and the only connection of the handle to the blade is a small vertical pin at the end of the handle. Are these manufacturing quality operators considered good knives even for the price?

I've had many rifles. Usually more expensive ones admittedly . Straight out the box mine wouldn't fire (safety spun). So stripped trigger group using this video (Thankyou !). Works fine now but couldn't believe it when I took the stock away from the rest and ALL the pins dropped out the trigger group. Sloppy as anything. The safety button groves don't even line up with the spring so I get no clicking when moving it.

It's pretty simple... keep your booger hook off the bang switch. Very unnecessary feature on a fire arm.

Video is a good explanation though... I just think it solves a problem that really isn't one unless someone is being negligent in the 1st place.

I took my Mark II Target apart and the little spring under the firing pin was broken. (Firing pin retaining spring) What does that little piece and spring do? I am thinking that it pushes the firing pin back after firing .And if I put it together with that broken spring should I fire it? Where can I order a replacement spring?
