I already read Vol. 7. The only thing I want to say is that we get new and VERY interesting characters. There's a lot to be excited about.

@@eclecticcollector88 You're right. I would guess that we just finished the first act of the story and now we'll dive deeper into the mystery or mysteries (?). But it's still a slower build up with a lot of material for speculation. You'll know exactly what I'm talking about when you read it.

Mysterious Dysapperances is in my to be read, I think honestly I will probably wait for the anime and jump off from there, Yomotsuhegui I LOVED so far, read both volumes out, cant wait for the last segment! Gannibal I saw you or another channel reccomend, and went to go buy it after seeing it on the shelves for like a week, and it has been gone since.... Same with A-Do vol 1, we have 2 and 3 but no 1 in sight. Might be time to just cave and make an order. If you are into history and or science, you may want to check out Orb: On the Movements of the Earth! Its going to be 4 double volume publishes, with the 3rd coming out today (i believe). It covers the story of people daring to challenge the norm that the Earth is the center of the universe. Beautiful visuals are just the icing on the cake! And it is going to get an anime soon!

Definitely. I'm probably going to watch the anime sooner or later for Mysterious Disappearances. I've been meaning to. Yomotsuhegui and Gannibal are both pretty solid reads for sure. Same with A-DO. I do own the first volume of Orb. Had no idea it's getting an anime. Will have to push that series up on my TBR. Thanks for watching!

It’s dope that Gannibal finally got a physical release. It was a random updating manga on a website I checked out about a year and a half ago and I was glad I happened to look at the home page that day. I preordered it off rightstuf back in october when it was set to release in November. It took a while but I’m glad it finally shipped out. And I’m happy to see Yomotsuhegui too! Hopefully this means we’ll get hideout at some point

Definitely! Gannibal has been wild! Really excited to eventually pick up volume 2. And I can't wait for more Masasumi Kakizaki stuff to get an English release. If Yomotsuhegui does well, maybe we will one day get Hideout. 🤞

Yomotsuhegui has been on my list for a while and now I want to pick it up even more. Gannibal was also on my list but damn, comparing it to The Crazies (a movie I freaking love) has definitely moved it up my list!! You have me so intrigued by A-DO too! My poor credit card man 😂😂😂😂

That's awesome. I think it's the only Kakizaki-sensei story we've had tranlated into English so far. Hopefully we get Hideout and Bestiarius sooner or later. Gannibal is totally worth it too. It feels like a fever dream descent into madness haha. A-DO is also really worth it. That story had me from the opening pages. Haha R.I.P. your wallet.

Ah, hell yeah, some awesome recommendations there! I've only read Gannibal vol 1 (and loved it), but all the rest are on my TBR list, was just waiting for more volumes to come out. We've talked about The Tree of Death before, on your haul video that included Bestiarius probably - I loved "Hideout" by Kakizaki and wanna read more by him (btw, not sure if you mentioned Rainbow also by him - heard great things about that one too)

Gannibal I can already tell is going to be one of the most insane stories I probably ever read. We may have for sure. I definitely picked it up in one of my last two hauls and was saving reading it for this video. Excited to start Hideout. It looks like a wild ride. After god is pretty dope with some cool ideas/concepts and gorgeous artwork. I started reading not too long ago. One series I think everyone should pick up with the same kind of taste is Sensou Kyoushitsu or 'The Bugle Call', this peak fiction has some of the coolest cinematic paneling (which kind of reminds me of the dc comic Planetary lol) with great character development I’ve came across in a while when it comes to a medieval dark fantasy setting. I swear it feels like it’s at least one cool thing that’s happened every chapter lol. Centuria is another good somewhat similar recommendation setting wise, just waiting for the story to really find its footing. Sensou Kyoushitsu is really top tier though, that no one talks enough about lol. Also, imma HUGE of The Climber so Midnight Children is DEFINITELY on my list. Thanks!
