Man, I would buy anything with the name Inio Asano on the cover, really. He has this unique ability to make me feel a piece of shit, broken and sad, but it's very cozy in a weird way lol. Also, Kagurabachi is really that good, I'm enjoying it so far, one of my favorite newest titles. Nice video, mate!

Did not realize Hajime no Ippo has 140 volumes and counting...hard to wrap my head around starting a series longer than JoJo's or One Piece. I'm looking forward to Asano's newest, the Vagabond deluxes, and seeing the Ashita no Joe designs. Though what I'm most excited about rn are the next drops for Initial D and My Name is Shingo.

After god is pretty dope with some cool ideas/concepts and gorgeous artwork. I started reading not too long ago. One series I think everyone should pick up with the same kind of taste is Sensou Kyoushitsu or 'The Bugle Call', this peak fiction has some of the coolest cinematic paneling (which kind of reminds me of the dc comic Planetary lol) with great character development I’ve came across in a while when it comes to a medieval dark fantasy setting. I swear it feels like it’s at least one cool thing that’s happened every chapter lol. Centuria is another good somewhat similar recommendation setting wise, just waiting for the story to really find its footing. Sensou Kyoushitsu is really top tier though, that no one talks enough about lol. Also, imma HUGE of The Climber so Midnight Children is DEFINITELY on my list. Thanks!

I'm one of those people who JUST completed their Vagabond set but it's all good. I'm excited to see what they look like. Speaking on things that I think should get a hardcover release.. MUSHISHI!! I'm so excited for so many things. Gannibal, Mujina, The Climber, Kagurabachi, After God. Duuude Ichi The Killer would be RAD. Even the scans online are garbage. I need. Lol

I would love them to do omnibus editions of Blue Exorcist so you pick it up lol! It's one of my favs! The anime is great (the first two seasons, I'm saving the third season until I have time to binge it lol) but the manga is just fantastic. Trigun is a recent fixation for me. I watched the Trigun Stampede and fell in love and went back and watched the original series which was just amazing. The excitement I feel for the omnibus is ridiculous considering I didn't know it existed a couple of years ago! Cannot wait to read it!

It's wild to see manga that I'd thought would never see the light of day get an english release get printed, the future for the english manga market is getting better. Plus it generally feels like we might get ichi the killer at somepoint & seven seas might do a Yamamoto line🤞tho I don't want to get my hopes up lol. Also a manga called confession was picked up this very unexpected, plus it written by Nobuyuki Fukumoto but illustrated by someone else so that got me excited 😁 it'll be out Nov/Dec 1 vol. Also looking forward to Gannibal & the climber.

The thing about Kagurabachi was that it was presented as such a generic manga that it was promoted as a meme to hype it up prior to its first chapter released. To the point that the japanese community noticed and was confused. So now that were not memeing on it, a lot of the 'following' died off and a lot of those who were 'hyped' for it have now turned to hate. I gave it a solid ~3 volume read and it is not terrible, and the art is great, but I really feel like this author lacks where Sakamoto Days excels. I struggle to give much of a damn for any character in Kagurabachi

Im excited for the vagabond hardcovers because I had hold off on collecting the series and just had this feeling that it would happen eventually. Also not sure if its reliable but Amazon has the vagabond definitive edition realse date on jan 21 2025.

I'm most excited for The Climber and Gannibal. Also, been thinking for a while about getting Gou Tanabe's Lovecraft adaptations, I'm glad I waited - I heard people say his art is so detailed that it absolutely needed the deluxe treatment :) Oh, also Tokyo Alien Bros sounds fun and, of course, Alley and The Liminal Zone 2 by Junji Ito
