It’s clear that the show runners wanted to make a show that they wanted to see, which is fine, but if you alienate your audience, then blame them for the show’s negative reviews, then you are the problem. It just doesn’t make sense. There is so much fantastic Star Wars content to draw on and I feel like they’ve thrown it all away.

As for the frist life. They should explore the characters and challenges they face not just as superheroes. But as people outside of the super hero mantles. Build them from the ground up just like Geoff Johns did with his green lantern run. Make this the frist time they explore nth metal.

The writers of dc could use midway and make it it's distinct city like metropolis and Gotham City. Cost city(Geoff Johns version) to expand on the concepts surrounding it.
