I parked at Combs Reservoir and hiked that. It's a great hike. I had to shelter in that open-ended Bothy thing from torrential rain. It was a good job it was there. It's a pity that the other one is locked. I don't blame you for cutting out Corbar. That's quite a bit extra in those conditions. At 16:24 the pool of water is actually a crater from a V1 Bomb in WWII. (Doodlebug) Great drone footage too. You can actually see the Fort that you can't see from the ground. The V1 information was from The Peak District Viking who hunts out wrecks in the Peaks. Great to see you ladies out on the Peaks again and thank you for sharing.

Yes, I will return and one or two of the Cloughs on Combs Moss look like they might be a reasonable little scramble, so I might give one a go as an add on. Not as epic as some on Kinder perhaps but worth a look! I certainly enjoyed the views up there, as it was a clear day last time I was there. Had never heard of it, despite hiking around the peaks since 1995. It was Alex Cripps that tipped me off. How could I have missed something as large as that 🙄😬
