This film trilogy is literally a masterpiece work of art just as the original books were. You know it's great when you start crying at the behind the scenes footage and not just the films themselves.

It goes without saying the books are better. OK I said it. I do not think that a more perfect adaption of those books could be possible. The love of the cast & crew of each other & what they were doing can be felt throughout the trilogy. We will never see their like again.

So much genuine, utter love and joy and respect went into making all of these movies. There will never be anything like it again. The dedication from every last crew member and actor was unreal. So many people coming together to make these perfect pieces of art.

I'm sure it was not lost on a single member of the incredible team of people who put this historic movie trilogy together that they were all part of something very special. I'm also sure that being part of the final days of the production were very bitter sweet. As someone who read all of the books in this series several times while in high school, I have always been a HUGE fan of these films, and I'm very proud of and happy for everyone who contributed to the production of them.

I’m not even a movie person as they call them, but LOTR just hit different, it’s not even like it’s a movie. It’s just different, I have trouble putting it into words but I’m sure you guys understand me :)

be asured, Ea,- is immortal in the heart and fantasy of all their fans. May it always evolve in dreams and fantasy of people. Gandalf once said, every good story is it worth to be decorated. The book, and the movies, it is like you're sitting in a tavern and listen to the same story, by diffrent traveler with own versions. And it is absolutly fine and lovely to listen. And the Universe: ea, the world Arda will keep living, and keep telling storys. The Fanbase will play RPG's about this wonderful place, even if it is just fiktive, in my eyes, the most beautiful fantasy somebody ever wrote down. To think it comes out of war experiences, studys about history folks and their religions and myths, studys of about 14 languages... there is so so so much work and passion behind it. You guys, you as a Film Crew of Lord of the Ring, probably should go and play some Role played Game Pen and Paper of Lord of the Ring ^^ and tell people how it felt like. I'd be so curious...

Movies today are just not of the same caliber.

It’s cool to come back to this after just learning Peter Jackson’s grandfather fought alongside Tolkien in the Great War. If he had died, we would’ve never gotten this moment or these epic films.

Before 23 years all my frieds met in my home town from our study towns and went every year at 26th December to cinema celebrating LOTR. 23 YEARS!!!! OMG!!!
