This might be a dumb question, but What kind of pay should I expect from a company makes these products, I got an offer for fountain technician. I'm currently a jetski and jetboat technician I'm just wondering what to ask for pay because they ask me. What do I want to make?

Almost all ductless mini split heat pumps now use EEVs as the metering device. For multi zone systems they use a separate EEV for each head.

How do we identify rotation of compressors? Do you base that solely on wires arranged at contactor? Or do we verify from compressor wiring box mounted on compressor? Is there any other way?

At the end, it said high subcooling is a result of incomplete condensing and caused by flash gas. Thats wrong, that would be the definition of low subcooling. i.e. not enough refrigerant in the condenser. Also in comfort cooling, subcooling is used to charge a system when a txv is the metering device. If the system has a fixed orifice or cap tube metering device, total superheat is used for setting the charge. Regardless, even a txv system we need to confirm the txv is working properly by measuring the evap superheat. Normally in the range of 8 to 15 for most systems Ive ever worked on. Not sure where youre getting 30 and a max of 40 from, that would be a seriously starved evap and wouldnt be cooling the space at all at those numbers and would cause a chain of problems on that system,

Thanks. Why would a lower suction pressure cause higher heat of compression?
@LC-qi5ff
@LC-qi5ff Жыл бұрын
Because the compression ratio increases so the compressor is doing more work

For the beginners watching this, don't expect yourself to be able to "pass the test" for the this video. It is for people who already know the reefer business. Nevertheless, after the 2nd or 3rd play, try challenging yourself by just listening to the audio and see if you can follow flow and jump-arounds, sentence by sentence, and clause by clause.

These guys are "doers" first and "teachers" second... That's ok, but as a learning experience, it could be better. I'll have to watch this several times to "get it" - can't keep up with the complicated flow-diagrams, then the overly folksy "your xyz valve" and "your xyz meter". But here on KZfaq we can stop/rewind/repeat. "It's a start."
@hg2.
@hg2. 2 жыл бұрын
This is great to have because it's online - you can STOP, rewind, take the time to study the diagrams, then go back and replay the dialog to match the dialog with the diagram.

If we reduce the load of the compressor or VFD to decrease the speed of the motor, does it effect to the discharge pressure ( discharge pressure is too low), reduce the condenser capacity?
