Do you have a parts list anywhere for this? I guess the hard to find one would be the volt meter (if its just a separate screen and not just a volt meter hidden in the box) Lol
@jonny728883 жыл бұрын
Hi, it is a separate screen with built-in volt meter. I got it from ebay. It's good to 60-80 amps I think. Each brake should be less than 10.

That is really cool! In addition to being able to tell if there is an open circuit to one of the magnets, it would be nice to see the current draw of the lighting system. On some vehicles if the tipm detects over current, it has to be reset by a code reader...

Thanks for the idea. Took some research to find the screen but it works well so far.

After seeing your box, I looked on line for old school panel mount dc amp meters, and saw that unit you have. That looks better, since you can see voltage droop too.

Hey man, can you explain how you have your relay wired up? And the high idle?
@jonny728883 жыл бұрын
Hi, I don't really remember how I did it. I know I used a adjustable resistor so I could adjust the idle up or down. I also added a temp sensor so it would go into high idle if I remote started the truck and it was below 32*f. The switch would override everything. I no longer have the truck due to the dpf constantly having issues.
@chrisfutrell91303 жыл бұрын
Anyway you can tell me how to wire? What is the switch for on the left side?

It's a ammo can from harbor freight. Some switches, old trailer plug from a truck, battery from a commercial emergency light, a old 12v charger, some misc wire terminals. They sell them but the are expensive, I made this without having to buy anything. All parts I had sitting around the shop.
