I ordered DTG chocolates and felt quite dejected with their marketing tactic of running offer till the next hour only... Like if I'm booking at 10:30am, their offer ends at 11:00am and similarly for any time you go on their website 🤡 Hate being misled like that as a first time buyer.

I was super impressed by the way Open-secrets lady was talking so I went to their website and saw one of their products, Claims - "No palm oil, 60% less sugar, protein, no artificial preservatives"... and I was like dammm, how is it possible to make a packaged product with a good shelf life. So I move onto the ingredients - "dark compound (not chocolate) with Hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm oil is bad but this is good, I have a feeling this might be made out of palm oil :D) , Malt, Oligofructose (can cause bloating), liquid glucose, emulsifier (INS 491, 322) , Antioxidant (INS322). The cost we pay for open-secret is not worth it, rather spend less on maida biscuit (eat less) and spend remaining money on whole foods like "NUTS" and actually get more nutrients in the body for less cost. Like what the actual F**K, handful of nuts will be way cheaper and much better nutrition than this. Like I get it you want to start a company and make money, why claim that healthy food " Open-secret" I studied in big university, I want to make a good product, and some MBA terms in the talk.... I had respect for Zerodha, I like the way the founders talk. But this is sad......

Dr. Abby Philips reflects on personal experiences with depression, the importance of research in medicine, and the need for better healthcare practices in India. Highlights 💔 Depression can impact anyone, including doctors, and managing it is crucial for well-being. 📚 Evidence-based medicine is essential for improving patient care and requires critical analysis of research. 🌍 India needs stronger scientific training to foster clinician scientists for better healthcare outcomes. ⚖️ Balanced protein intake is vital; individual needs must be considered, especially in health conditions. 🏡 Work-life balance is important; spending time with family and personal interests helps maintain mental health. 📱 Seek health advice from qualified professionals, not social media, to ensure accurate information. 🎮 Dr. AB shares educational content on liver health and engages with viewers through social media platforms. Key Insights 💡 Navigating Depression: Depression is a common struggle among doctors and can be managed by acknowledging it and finding coping mechanisms. Understanding one’s worth is vital for resilience. 🔬 Research in Practice: The integration of research into clinical practice enhances patient outcomes. Doctors must be trained to analyze and apply evidence-based findings effectively. 🌱 Scientific Training: Enhancing India’s scientific education can cultivate clinician scientists, bridging the gap between research and practice for improved healthcare delivery. 🍽️ Nutrition Awareness: Individualized dietary advice, particularly regarding protein intake, is vital for health, especially for those with specific conditions like liver disease. 👨‍👩‍👧 Family Time: Prioritizing family and personal interests is essential for mental well-being, highlighting the need for work-life balance in demanding professions. 📖 Trustworthy Health Information: Patients should rely on reputable medical sources and professionals for health information, avoiding misleading advice from social media. 🌐 Engagement and Education: Dr. AB utilizes social media to educate the public on liver health, emphasizing the importance of direct interaction and accessible information.

If it is a state subject how can central government take a call on hosting Olympics
@anitapadhi325
@anitapadhi325 14 күн бұрын
state subject does not mean you have the right to deal with Intl body , IOC is an intl body it simply means you can decide for yourselves the state policies of xyz state wrt sports in your state without Central Govt's permission but many states fail in sports infra effective budgetary utilization barring Odisha Haryana etc, but your authority does not exceed the territorial limits of your state. Just as health is a state subject but during covid management its the center which formulated the national blueprint but its the responsibility of the state for proper last mile vaccine distribution and administration for effective vaccination.

These are the star athletes who can give lot of inspiration to younger girls and generation. But unfortunately cricketers take 99.9% of popularity , advertising and money pie . Reason with 1.4 billion people India comes back with single digit Olympic medals below small countries.

I am drawn to people esp achievers who walk easy with a certain levity, he personifies it...the Dravid of the running circuit, no less! Its been wonderful knowing him offline in the last 2 years or so.

Something in this interview did not tie up. The interviewer and Prannoy both seem to agree that sport is excellent therapy for mental health issues( like say depression) but then on the other hand , after hearing Prannoy’s side on things it seems sports can also create mental health challenges of its own like having to deal with loneliness while on the circuit or training, the need to constantly have access to a psychologist, the toll that the unpredictability of losing takes on self esteem, the pressure to win or bring titles that they are always under etc… So then in the end, can one definitely say that playing sports is the best remedy for mental health issues, confidence etc? It sounds more like athletes just have easier access to a psychologist to help them out & the psychologist in their team can help them overcome or become better versions of themselves by offering them another perspective in this competitive climate? I feel this generalized correlation about sports being awesome for mental health could be explored a bit more. Yes athletes are mentally tough but that is more from the conditioning is how I am seeing it.

I don't understand why she is being sent to represent India when she is well past her best. Not trying to undermine her achievements at all, but there is no way she is going to win a medal at Paris. She should rather coach some promising player and win a gold for India through him or her. The BAI is clearly not up to the mark selecting the teams. If they claim that there were no other options, that's an even bigger problem.

Chinese women's doubles shuttlers had to kill each other to get to olympics. They have 3 pairs in top 8 - the norm is to have only max 2 pairs from each country. Here we are sending a 34 year old and taking pride in it. No doubt, Ashwini was a gem, but she's way past her prime and WD and XD in India has really long way to go to even dream of a medal at a major event.
@barelbala

Yes, Whatever u pointed out here is true. Instead of looking for new faces, we are relying on old legs, she can as part of contingent but not by cost of younger player. I dont think, we do have right streamline process to reach that level, we keep on seeing same players again and again except cricket. If this continue, she will play until get married.
