Matthew 3 2: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand" John 3 16 17: For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him. John 14 6: Jesus replied: I am the way the truth and the life,no one comes to the Father except through me.

I used to get this when taking penalties but once I started training penalties over and over for practice, I mean before school going to shoot 50 penalties a day and they had to score, I would just tell myself in game, it’s just practice and I rarely missed. I don’t know if I did once after that.

Hi sam , i have a really big tournament coming up and if i perform in it i have a chance to represent the sate , but the thing is i have tried for 4 yeare but was unsuccessful all 4 times , how should i approach it
@SamMartinPeakPerformance2 күн бұрын
Keep a positive mindset and focus on the progress you've made over the past years. Make sure to review your past performances at tryouts - what made them not so good and how can you rectify this time out. But don't put too much pressure on yourself - most people play best when playing with freedom!

so let's look at my KZfaq channel: I started just under 4 years ago and for a long time my videos sucked (lesson 1). But after posting each video I'd watch it myself and make notes on what was good + bad (lesson 2). People who actually know me know I've always liked to be in bed before 10pm, even on weekends 😅 (lesson 3) As my videos got better, more athletes reached out to work with me as their mental coach (lesson 4) And this channel barely got any traction for 2 and a half years before it started seeing any meaningful growth (lesson 5). Because I kept showing up and had made well over 100 videos before I got a bit of a break on KZfaq (lesson 6). Is that good enough?

work on shielding the ball drills - you don't have to be the strongest. You just have to know how to use your body as a suitable barrier and be able to maintain your footing/balance

Hey coach I’m a basketball player from Canada I just made a US AAU travel basketball team I also play against grown men at the community centre. I am not behind them in skill but in terms of strength a lot them have me beat they push me around a lot when I play with them. Is this the right idea because now I am becoming stronger for my US travel team. I’m in grade 10 I am hoping to get a DI offer this summer

its really is some times most of think that or body will never gonna stop if we push to or max but i feel that the world that we live to never listing to or body just no day off everday of curse we have to pust past the pain sometimes and sometimes is just because is that fast world that we live in , but i think that really depends a lot of your environment some time it throw a lot in as has a kid , teen and then we grow up felling that we can`t and must off the time we quit early because we really dont have nobody or because we dont know nothing about the mental side , and your enviroment dont let as be or self , like first lesson you may be the worst maybe you start playing late and you are the worst because of that you may have in your to get to the goal that you want but then you get bully and if you dont really have a ok enviroment it really hard to keep going but that the blessing that your have to be the worst some times o became stronger beucase your have all that chanllenge in front , but sometimes we are really in a mental stage that we can see and we really have all in front of as but only and can step out of the enviroment that we can see all the lesson it like your glasses lents are durty and then it real came leasson 5 and 6 do you belive when nobody does ? are you doing beucase of want to show the others ? whats your why ? why not you ?... And it real is a mix of a lot of thing , sport is real a pack of lesson but do you have you house and glasses clean ... ? anyway i am goin to stop here or i will be the rest of the day write , hope a can explain what a means with all this that a learned with all the tuff time that a been all my 20s years and all all that a learn last 4 yeras , to every one younger this real is dimonds that sam is given to as and if you dont have noboy may you are just like me growing up with no emotion support and bully ... know that if some one is thorwing hate at you that there a in pain that thorw it at you because they dont have any support and they really see your potencial and the real you and try to be never do it the same , know your self fist and then you can fly , its hard but that the way. thx for this vid really key .
