My opinion regarding the 600,000 Azerbaijanis is that they should be allowed to return home. I don't think they should have left in the first place. Now Artsakh is a ghost town.

@@AkravHistory Its kind of like Israel and the Naqba. If the Azerbaijanis return then Karabakh being independent is virtually impossible. It will become Azerbaijan. No matter their opinion on Aliyev the Azerbaijanis will not accept being under Artsakh. This is considering that Republic of Artsakh also claimed the surrounding 7 regions as liberated and part of its territory.
