After all the manual adjustments, do you plan on going back and updating the 3d models to make it easier to reproduce dabchick? Or do you prefer making the customizations directly

You really need a work bench and work room, and while we're at it, a vacuum system, goose neck clamps (2), goose neck lite, ... Oh hell, just buy a studio.

You can cut that brass tube by rolling it with a scalpel blade pressed down into a cutting mat. Makes a clean precise cut

What I love about your video's Barnaby, is that at the surface there is Dabchick as a puppet, below that the movements and joints and such, and then rather unexpectedly in such a tiny vessel, some minute engineering. "Every millimeter counts" is somehow really surprising to hear when it comes to Dabby, but it makes complete sense. And juxtaposed to that you just rip his head off haha I'm fascinated by the engineering you show us

You know the upside to this. Besides making the Six Billion Dollar (Pound?) DabChick. You can have different heads or body parts for Dabchick in the future. All to add some flair to him. You can have different wings or head for Halloween, Christmas, or whatever. Thanks to learning how to 3D print Dabchick and such. But the classic look would be his default look.

Barnaby...K&S Round Bar Hack for you... If you place the tube on a flat surface, place a scalpel blade in the area you want to cut and applying pressure to the blade, roll both the blade and the tube back and forth like your rolling plasticine into a sausage. The brass is soft enough for the blade to score into and after a few motions you'll be able to pop it off no problem and with 0 damage to your fingers.

Once it's all finished, it would be great to do another final scan of all the individual parts. you could even send them off to get 3d printed in metal to make sure the parts don't break before a show.

what russian song was that, i asume its an official song because dabchick said "i only learned the first verse because the rest of it was hard" so does anyone know if its a real song

Once you get dab chick finish rebuilding. You should take him apart and scan every piece so you can have a very detailed 3d model for your 3d printer. In case you ever need spare parts in the future

Just some advise since the new dab check is reasion 3D printed make sure that you have it completely painted prior to using to make videos outside to prevent over curing from sunlight as it will become brittle over time as a result
