I'll agree that when it was first announced, this made perfect sense to me. But then I saw all the itty bitty glass bottles on the miniature & got so excited for all the rainbows shining on the walls! Sadly, it seems we got neither.

I’ve never risen splash mountain. I have no nostalgic tie to it and I honestly didn’t care that it was gone, it didn’t affect me at all. That being said, I was under the impression that it was going to be replaced with a thrilling, modernized ride with a very underrated character. Needless to say, this clip is what I was expecting when I heard they were making it Tiana- themed; not some boring rides with amazing animatronics, but the animatronics can’t carry the storyline by themselves! It just is so damn boring. and I understand that no matter what, imagineers are going to face criticism as they are taking away a very beloved ride. But, I’m speaking as someone who felt no connection with splash mountain: this ride sucks. And they should’ve used this clip as a reference rather than whatever they had going on in the studio that day 😴

This is exactly what I wanted it to be, but I think I heard that theres gonna be an expansion on magic Kingdom called Villains land, so maybe they will end up doing a ride of Dr. Facillier you never know!

While the video was cute they already explained the ride takes place AFTER THE MOVIE. This aint them old ass Peter Pan/Snow White dark ride. Its meant to be upbeat and fun. Please get out of the 50s and come enjoy 2024

I know being too slavish to continuity is a thing people criticize about other attractions like the ones in galaxys edge and I get it but.. The ride is post-film, and the dead characters aren't present 🤷‍♂️
