Honestly, it sounds so basic but I had a realization that I’m never going to “feel” like an adult. I don’t know who put this thought structure into my head at a young age. Maybe it was school? I always thought that turning 18 would make me feel like an adult. Man, was I wrong. I’m 21 now and I feel like life is going by so fast, it definitely doesn’t wait for anyone. You’re absolutely right about it never coming back. I’m making it my purpose to enjoy my life and not sweat the things that society tells me to. I’m so done with worrying about things that don’t matter! Great video!!

Dude, as a 29 year old guy who is a peer mentor I felt this video so hard. At your age I was getting heavily into drugs and all in an effort to bring my own awareness and energy down to a “regular” level if you could call it that. You are already light years ahead of where I was, and now I’m really happy with my life. Our country, and damn just our world in general need future leaders like you, seriously. Good stuff and happy I was recommended this!

Self aware/woke teenagers that are mostly scrolling on their phones are actually quite tiring lol... As a thinker I eventually learned that I don't understand anything at core level and no one else can. Living/copying with that infinite space of unknown is what I define as wisdom. "You should do this now", "you should do that", "have 3 kids" and so on is usually what I categorize as garbage. With exercise and no drinking you're young/capable of learning until you're 40? 50? 60? (with future cyborg tech 960?...) Universe is infinite, possibilities are infinite, infinite life is possible... Ofcourse you don't know what to do with that! So build core strength and decide later... Exercise, Learn abstract thinking (mathematical proofs, philosophy, etc...), social skills, emotional balance... I'm just trynna get at... Build core, intelligence/strength and actually do it, don't be "woke"/learning the "right way to think".

You look very old for your age, and you look like you have gotten older even on your time here on KZfaq. Please, please, use sunscreen ASAP. You've done a lot of damage that cannot be done but you are young, there are still ways to bring some healing and restoration back into your skin. But right now, you do not look healthy at all. Please take care of yourself.

I don’t use social media (yt I don’t count) and it’s helped me immensely with being more present in the moment and connecting with the people that are actually in my real life that I care about. Social media has a lot of power over people. People have become so accustomed to it being a part of their everyday routines. But you do have a choice! You don’t have to go on it every day. Even if you don’t want to quit completely you could try only going on one day a week or something like that. You seriously aren’t missing out on anything by not using it every day

Thought I might add… it’s hard to stay off social media if you feel like you don’t have anything better to do. Some suggestions - spend more time reading and learning things, call a friend or meet up with a friend and talk and make some memories together, go for a walk outside and practice being present in the moment, cook something you love to eat, play with a pet, and theres so much more you can do. Time is our most precious, finite asset in this life. Spend your life LIVING it to the fullest!

The goal is to keep the blood chemistry healing… and the best way to do that is through food. Just ask yourself before you take a bite of food… Is this going to be healing or inflammatory? the beauty of that Is your decision reflects your psychology; are you a healing person or a toxic person? I’m a healing person, therefore I consume healing food… now, even if you say you’re healing but you eat toxic food that’s proven to be inflammatory it’s not gonna work, that’s called be a liar and a form of cognitive dissident that’s gunna cause you your life but Yolo

9:11 that’s what you’re not realizing you are metabolically unhealthy and how are we gonna determine if you’re healthy if you don’t even look at the cholesterol numbers anymore. That’s the incorrect thought process that Americans have… They think that they’re “healthy” until a disease arises… you need to look at it like every meal eaten is either causing inflammation or is healing me and unfortunately, every bite of animal product you take is inflammatory so it’s only a matter of time until the doctor gives you dis-eased diagnosis and then you said you’re gonna start eating fiber aka plants and so you might as well start now because everything you are claiming is unsustainable,toxic and inflammatory and is not going to lead to longevity and your statement, admits it, whether you realize it or not, because you have not arrived here yet consciously but subconsciously you have that’s why I here to deliver this message of healing. The only thing poisoning you zombie is the inflammatory animal product that you were recommending…. even the world health organization says most animals product is carcinogenic. Look at your rosacea and acne.

It’s just sad to think that the reason why you eat like this is because of KZfaq and you have no identity. I can literally tell you who you are listening to…you are just an amalgamation of certain influencers and none of them have any kind of clinical proof of longevity or reversing any kind of disease. Everybody that you are mimicking teaches inflammatory, and toxic things that are going to make you a statistic in America of coronary vascular disease or diabetes. Your face is so red from the inflammation from all the animal product. You’re gonna burst just like your pimples… a lot of people get heart disease around your age so you better wise up and if you’re getting heart palpitations, you really better wise up and start eating plants. Look of dr. Esselstyn and his son Rip Esselstyn the creators of forks over knives… This is the thing if you don’t have a pallet for eating & the entire vegetable kingdom you’re gonna have to start and at first you can just eat the plants you enjoy in a balanced way and then expand your pallet to match the plant kingdom . My mother reversed diabetes with a full Whole Foods plant-based diet and it’s more than just fruits and nuts. It’s all the tubers and seeds, my friend. Forks over knives will set you free.
@plantskywalka
@plantskywalka Ай бұрын
11:01 this is the thing your attitude is correct. It’s just gotta be on the animal product right now you’re conflating and your demonizing the wrong thing. This is your subconscious trying to wake you up and let you know there is something toxic in your life, but it’s not plants it’s what you’re currently eating and I’m gonna let you know. You really gotta be smart because one of the two Americans have coronary vascular disease and one of three have diabetes and you’re just eating a version that’s causing that at an accelerated rate, your advice is toxic, and it’s not clinically proven in any kind of way to heal or be sustainable and lead to longevity
@plantskywalka
@plantskywalka Ай бұрын
If you’re not worried about cholesterol, then you’re basically saying I don’t subscribe to normal blood tests, which is pretty much cognitive dissident if you asked the doctor. That’s why I love Whole Foods plant based vegan because it was created and clinically proven to work by a food scientist/cardiologist and I can take all the blood test anytime and pass them unlike you carnivore which shows that there’s something wrong and unsustainable with your lifestyle. Also, where are you getting all of your vitamins and minerals and if you say a pill that’s not sustainable either unless the pill is plants
@plantskywalka
@plantskywalka Ай бұрын
When you go to eat carbohydrates, you have to make sure that it’s a 5 to 1 carb fiber ratio and most whole food seeds and tubers when you combine your dish has that ratio naturally. For example, if you eat wild black rice and garbanzo beans collectively it’s 5/1 carb to fiber. It’s OK for humans to eat whole food, whole-grain carbohydrates within a healthy macro range throughout the day. Also future information for you fiber is a subset of carbohydrate, as well as sugar carbohydrates on the macro, nutrient label, encompasses sugar, and so if you know how to do the calculation you can research how much starch is in each product. I’m from your future little boy.
@plantskywalka

Your eyes look like they are in the sunken place and your skin is acne’d up. Aside from the missing fiber is the animal hormones you haven’t accounted for… the only thing that doesn’t want you to eat them is the animal hormones that’s why your body rejects them, chemically speaking. Go research forks over knives. And of course, fruit and vegetables are meant to be eaten by humans. What do you think you discover something new all of a sudden look at civilizations again you look like you’re 40 & your 12. The information is so heavy in your bloodstream that your cheeks are actually Rosie and you’re scratching your head. Go look up forks over knives it’s clinically proven to reverse metabolic diseases that are playing our country and it was created by a food scientist/cardiologist with another Doctor used empirical evidence to prove that a whole foods plant based lifestyle is the means to longevity with no disease. Remember the natural inflammatory food it turns to disease.
@plantskywalka
@plantskywalka Ай бұрын
There is no roller coaster of carbs when you actually eat whole-grain carbohydrates like quinoa or beans and you put a lot of fiber into the dish because that’s what disperses the polysaccharide slowly into the bloodstream. You’re probably only used to eating white flour waffles in the sunken place.

I'm on carnivore as well but this is not entirely true information. Plants like sweet fruits are sweet and 'tasty' to humans expressly because they want animals to eat them to poop their seeds elsewhere to spread their seed. This is why the flesh of an animal is sweet but the seed is bitter. We're supposed to poop them out or spit them out elsewhere so the plant can spread to other areas beyond the tree that bore a particular piece of fruit. Interestingly, all animals by contrast don't want you to eat them. Tons of species of animals are not digestible to humans (i.e., bats, frogs, etc.). The difference is that eating (especially ruminant) animals involves more nutrient density, reduced inflammation, etc.
