One correction, if you will, I have the same generator and it does indeed charge the battery when running.

I have been looking at this video before I ordered my Westinghouse WGen10500TFc on Amazon. I'm wondering if this will work for ac 3 ton AC? I've been looking at KZfaq (You're the only one for this Westinghouse yet) and the Google reviews, some people say "yes", some people say "no". Have you tried on a AC?

Does it give a read out of total wattage that’s being used and you use things?

How is its fuel consumption on propane ?

Can I use a propane tank without charging the battery this my first time using it, and I didn't charge my battery?

I plugged a 100 foot extension cord into the outlet and plugged a heater in for the load and it didn’t work.

Do you use the choke? Will you show another video with a load added please?

Thanks for the content. I just ordered the WGen9500TFc from Sams club. I couldn’t pass up $849 plus tax it was $350 off from $1199.

I purchased this same unit and got less than 5 hours on it when it stopped making electricity. Home Depot would not accept a return because it had gas in it - to run it of course - even though I drained it prior to taking it back. Westinghouse support has been excellent and is replacing it under warranty. Taking a month due to supply issues but I should have it in a few days. What caused this! It has been suggested that when connecting to my home breaker box with an interlock connection that we should change the neutral from the existing BONDED Neutral to a FLOATING Neutral. My previous Firman generator operated flawlessly with my setup. There is very little information on YouTUbe about this but there are a few folks saying that is what we should do. It is mentioned in the manual for the WGen 10500. Anyone else have any issues like this and experience?

Glad I ran across your video. I couldn’t find KZfaqrs who have covered the Tri-Fuel generator from Westinghouse. I got my Westinghouse 9500 Tri-Fuel generator on 11/20/2023, and it's still in the box. After reviewing your video, I plan on opening mine up right after Thanksgiving. Thanks for making your video straight to the point.

It ran about 8hours on a grill bottle no load breaking it in and then I ran it with a 4500 watt water heater for an hour and still had juice left in the bottle.

I have this gen and connected it to my house for the first time today, all went well, but for some reason I have one ceiling fan light fixture that the light flickers on and off when the generator is running and the light switch is off. If I turn the light on the light stays on, but with the light switch off the light flickers on and off. Its strange. Works as it should on utility power.

I’ve been using the blue fuel hose for 20 year and never had it do what that is doing. 5 Ultralights and never an issue. Not sure what you got there but I have had some I would not use because it was cheap and hard from the gate. CPS, Aircraft Spruce and Bear Perkins all sell good quality blue fuel hose.
