Can you talk more about: 1) types of investments that count as liquid investments - I assume these are more stocks because they can be sold easily? 2) investing in a business: how did you find the business ? What research did you do? You don’t need to mention how much you invested, but what’s the expected ROI and investment horizon? 3) can you also talk about your journey in property, when did you start, how much did you have to put down, and what was your property strategy is it a standard buy to let, an HMO? Etc. & how many do you have. I know this is a lot to ask, but I thought I’d try my luck ♥️😅

As an American, I lived in Doha from 2006 - 2012. I have been living in Dubai since leaving Qatar. I like both places but for my liking, I enjoy Dubai a little more.

I know you're not a financial advisor but I'd love your input. I'm a British expat, have lived in Australia & now living in Canada. I left Australia a year ago, and my bank account is still open with a good lump sum sat in it. I've just not bothered to do anything with it, which as I become more financially literate I realise its the worst decision to let it just sit there. Do you have any advice or any of your videos that could point me in the right direction? I invest in stocks in the UK, so maybe thinking of doing the same with that money. Luckily I don't actually need it, so I'm looking to let it grow

Great vlog. Pls do more. Also might some down time scheduled into your days be beneficial? That looks like literally scheduling a block of 'Do-nothing' ... this is crucial for recharging, energy recalibration and health. Your body and mind's only downtime def should not be when sleeping, we all need conscious (awake) rest time. Lastly get them noodle things and that apple juice out your diet and drink googabs more water. I'm aware you attributed your fatigue to monthly however that doesnt appear to be the only reason, imho.... Wishing you health and wealth 👍 😊
