I like your approach of forgetting about realism in Gunpla. After all these are not real vehicles, so freedom of creativity is the key. Nice weathering! Have you tried pencils for chipping? The best are the AK weathering pencils, but you can get away with regular color pencils dipped in water for heavier effects. Better if applied on a matt coated surface. I weathered a MG GM with the pencils and it was very satisfying.

1/14500 scale. The F-Toys prepainted model is also roughly the same scale. Revell EasyKit snap together kit is larger at about 1/12000 but the Bandai model is more detailed.

I've got this one coming in from Japan. I wanted to see how it went together. Looks fairly straight-on. I'll watch more vids to see how others do it. This is a good vid, though; no wasted time. Could be a bit slower but it's ok.

Do you sand or just precision cut thru the pieces? Nice work. Which nippers and hobby knifes you using? I have a entry nipper and a dollar lucky hobby knife, want to purchase a build up knifr and a full new entry set that has a nipper, a joint separator and a standard angled twizzer, and an olfa angled knife. I may have to buy a thinner twizzer so I don't screw stickers.

After the kit is built, how do you feel it is as a figure for display? Do you feel like there is any difficulty with getting the poses you like? My Morstorm War Machine gives me so much trouble with loose joints when I try to pose it

It was my first choice of RG and OMG luckily it was out of stock and I was able to discover the range with another model. Nothing holds on this shit, it is of an unnamed fragility. It's the worst gunpla I've ever built and I don't think I'll finish it because its construction is compromised on its own. Édit : Finally finished and this shit is impossible to stage, don't buy it or only to explode it against a wall.
