That was interesting. I know nothing about painting and don't plan on trying, but seeing the difference between preshading with different base colors was very eye opening.

Seen a lot of these videos, but I enjoyed the highlighting part. Very clear and good footage of what you are actually painting. I always struggled with normal pre shading because my streams were always too wide. Highlighting always worked out for me.

You can use reddish purple as a shade for yellow

Very helpful video, thank you. If I can ask, what is the brand of your airbrush and what is the nozzle size?

Great tutorial, but I've been having problems getting the preshading to actually look well, shaded. It all ends up looking the same color

Man I need to say sorry, I checked some youtube vids on this topic and found myself lacking a lot of the knowledge here. So Probably not going to make a video any time soon. But the posing video is now in progress, you can count on that

want to change the color of the kit original from a dark blue to a light grey...what color primer/surfacer should i use?
@gpaintedsenyo31843 жыл бұрын
I usually use Mr.Surfacer from Mr.hobby. But any gray premier from a well known brand should works fine.

Hi i have a question about Airbush, I am currently using the beginner AB HD-130, and even with the 0.2 mm AB i can't narrow the spray. Its just sprayed all over the model, I can't control it to follow the line/the edge like when you do pre-shading. So do i need to buy a better Airbrush?
@bakaduo29782 жыл бұрын
Without knowing your setup, my guess is that you may not have a regulator attached between your compressor and airbrush? Your needle size should be fine and if it's not spraying out correctly it could either be: 1. Too much pressure from the compressor 2. Paint could be too thin? 3. Pulling the trigger back too far
