Hi, well to Knot two colors together in a piece that you are crochet or Knit is Not a realy good way, sorry and this Not in Special is Not realy save enough👎. Because i have practis it in a beautiful fair Iles Sweater and half way for the end of the Sweater right in the middle of it a damend Knot like this has loos and i had a big hole. I have must the Sweater All to the hole unstitch and that was Not funny believe me in Special with fair Iles. So yes it is many work sometimes to sew All in the end BUT it is SAVE and nothing will demage Your Project. 😉😉 LG lally

Hi. Im trying to reply to your other question but cant find the comment. I saw it in email. I use this all the time with the Caron Simply Soft. The softer the yarn the easier from what I have experienced.
@adrury0601Ай бұрын
I am using the exact same yarn and just can't get the placement down when you being the two knots together, so I end up with too much old color so I'm finishing the last strict and chaining 1 before the knew colir is there and the knot just will not go through the stitch. It almost looks too big but I'm using the same yarn.
@helmsfamilyАй бұрын
Hmm don’t finish the last stitch of the row all the way measure that point to put the knot of the new color. Undo the last stitch and push that knot up about an inch. Then tie the other color on an inch below. Make sure they are nice and tight then pull together. Hope you can get it! Definitely takes some practice.

I sorta feel like maybe the more flexy the fabric is and the more open a stitch pattern is the less yarn it actually uses. SC and Bobble are so dense, but DC and V stitch are flexier and move easier, even stretchy a bit. Id be curious if this trend spreads to more open stitches like TC 🤔

I just started a project similar to a temperature blanket with colour changes for every row and this came across my feed. What perfect timing! Now I'll only have the ends to weave in for the 7 rows I've completed so far the rest will be done like this! Thanks so much for this tutorial!
