I usually don't do muscle isolation exercises as I see these as not being beneficial to athletic performance. I don''t have a problem with those that do but it needs to be acknowledge there's a difference is goals.

I suspect it was just to sell his products in the 50s and 60s. Anyway this idea of boys in the mid 1900s bodybuilding because they were bullied comes from Atlas.
