Do you have any gpx files for the goshen single tracks? I live just outside Sussex and would love to find them all
@NewBrunswickOutdoorLifeАй бұрын
Not too many GPX files for that area floating around. You'll see a piece of single track on the left maybe 500 meters after leaving the clubhouse... hop on that and look for white signs with red arrows. Someone has added those to most of the trail ends to show you where to go next.

Nice. I found the opening of one trail while I was out there last fall/winter surveying and marked it on my Avenza maps to be able to remember where it is! Thanks pal!

Thanks for the comment. We love this kind of exploring... We watch the GPS to see where we are and never really do this alone as the chances of issues and the fact that we are "off the beaten path" make it a tad more dangerous. We also carry satellite emergency devices in case of issue.

Could a beginner run this single track? Do you access it from the club?
@NewBrunswickOutdoorLifeАй бұрын
Yeah, very doable for any level. Theres one little downhill / uphill section that may be a small challenge depending on skill level but other than that, no problem. The next section, Rabbit Run is flat, relatively straight and super fun for any level. And yes, you can access it from the Goshen snomo club. PM me on Facebook at Scott Fillmore and I'll send you the coordinates.

NB Special 2 needs an additional name with Slapper in it. Nice riding!
@NewBrunswickOutdoorLife Жыл бұрын
The Face Slapper trails were so grown over years ago that it was like riding thru a car wash with those giant brushes... nothing but pine branches in the face. Then someone was "nice" enough to widen the second part to ATV width and turned it into a lazy single track where you can see a long way in front of you. All those Goshen trails should have Face Slapper in their name. Someone needs to organize a trail maintenance day there.

unfortunately this has been an ongoing issue with their DCT. Honda's atv segment is very frustrating. A total lack of support and inability or desire to push the needle any further.
