I wished they could have stayed with Chiron on Mount Pelion forever. I wanted them to stay there, and be happy there forever. With nothing more to do but to love and grow with each other.

It hurt me too much to read the part where Patroclus was compared to Cleopatra. The parallels are almost identical, it hurts me to read the paragraphs of desperate patroclus over the war. It was profound to read how he crouched down and begged Achilles through tears.

They were together since children the same as Alexander the Great and Heohaistion you decadent barbarians. They went thru everything together, they were philophers and real men bound by the institution of friendship which was sacred in Ancient Greece. Meaningful and very powerful friendship of souls. No disgusting lie propagated on purpose by a sick barbarian author who seeks personal and financial gain, can ruin their image. Keep believing lies so you feel good about your abnormality. Keep living in your fantasy proof-less world. It’s called brotherhood, lies propagated on purpose by the system and the abnormals in order to give a fake historic depth of homosexuality in order for us to accept it today. Sick parasites. Your abnormality is your own, no amount of lies can change the truth and it hurts you and it forever will. Also gays can’t fight, gays can’t be the best warriors of all time, only men can, illogical non thinking schizophrenic clowns. Keep the holy Greeks out of your disgusting barbaric mouths. Mentally ill parasites.

At least, as heros. They could be in the underworld's version of heaven, I forgot the name. If Patroclus didn't die a hero, he and Achilles would never have met unless if they both chose reincarnation. As heros, reincarnation is optional while for the average citizen, it is a requirement after like 1000 years.

Ever heard of Perseus, the slayer of Medusa? Well there you go. Man went on to found Mycenae where all the mightiest Greeks descend from and married the beautiful Andromeda. Now if he wasn't a happy hero, I don't know who is.

"The gods wished to punish him" Chiron answered. Achilles shook his head, impatiently. "But this was a greater punishment for her. It was not fair of them." "There is no law that gods must be fair, Achilles" Chiron said. "And perhaps it is the greater grief, after all, to be left on earth when another is gone. Do you think?"
