Of course it is useful... as is any training ever. Aimbots gets you more confident and comfortable with your sensitivity, mousepad, mouse and just improves your hand-eye cordination. Of course it helps only if you grind it a a lot and often. Either way it's good for fast warm ups before matches.

True overall but I meant the exact task I was doing where you hit a tap then instantly switch to the second guy without adjusting and hit a tap. You rarely hit these types of shots in game you usually spray transfer or have adjust on the 2nd guy. Its more fun than effective.

I think the secret to scream's aim is the calmness and simplicity to his aim, he crafted special skill to not lose his grip on his aim by using that playstyle for so long against really good opponents. Staying in the zone is everything. It's also the reason why it's not super sustainable though, one miss and you're probably dead unless the enemies are sloppy. I can see this working very well in matchmaking though if you keep at it. Consistency is everything in CS. But the fact that it's so damn satisfying makes the game more fun. Same reason I like scouting only, splattering the enemies before they have the chance to look at you and being called out for cheats can be even more rewarding than winning matches.
