Greetings. Do you have any experience about Patellar subluxation? I'm suffering from it since 2022 . It's patella alta to be precise. What would you advise for me? Surgery not possible as said by the doctors. I'm gonna be 19 soon and it happened when i was 16. Since then i couldn't run or jog at all. Can i ever be like before again?

Hi Travis, I've had Lordosis for a few years now and will be trying this routine from tomorrow! I do have a question however; at the moment my posture (from a front point of view) is good and straight and upright as it should be, will doing these exercises and straightening my back change this in a negative way? Regards, Sam

My medial and minimus glutes are shredded and my balance is not good. I have difficulty going up and down stairs. What exercises can I do to avoid more damage to the gluteal area.

HI! You said not to massage every day, but I am curious how often you recommend the massage/exercise be practiced and when to rest? Thank you so much for sharing all of this info it looks like you have helped so many people! Such a great video and i am hopeful my recurring tendonitis will be helped with regular implementation of these techniques.

Hi I really liked your explanation and having watched tons of videos on rhomboids and trying out, i find stretching caused more pain on my rhomboid major.. may i know why? rhomboid rows with band to strengthen is still fine though. its on left and left scapula moves (hand up down while lying down) causes crunch on rhomboids and can see left side moves as if one hook of door attachment is broken. im not sure if u would reply to this old video. i will be grateful if you do . thank u so much

Definitely more beneficial than the physical therapy I was released from for no apparent reason and little progression. The sporadic hip locking pain that prompted me to start PT after my last pregnancy didn’t get better until I started researching things for myself. Your video has been the most thorough in helping me to understand where to start and why.

It took 14 years to figure out why both my arms were hurting whenever I lifted, pushed or pulled anything. So many doctors and not one figured it out. They kept telling me it was Fibromyalgia and tennis and golfers elbow. I am scared that 14 years of my ulnar nerves rolling around may have damaged a lot in my arms. I am supposed to have the first surgery in September. I’m terrified!

Great video, you’re doing something right since you have so many fantastic comments and have helped so many people. I wonder how you will consider Neal Hallinan’s Postural Restoration philosophy. He has a vid on pelvic tilt and tilt throughput the body. As many approaches as I am able to gather (about any topic) seems to be helpful. I also use Coach Kel’s outer thigh Bar Pilates which tilts the thigh bone as you suggest the tibia and another therapist’s 90, 90 exercises. I am often unsure whether to position the foot in front of the body or behind when doing straight lateral raises laying on the side and what the difference may be for either as well as whether raising the leg high or low is most beneficial. Thanks for this informative vid!

Many thanks for the video. I really like your manner. As there are numerous muscle groups feeding into glenohumeral stability (chest, bicep, lat and tricep) is it also worth working on those. My Apley Scratch test has huge disparity, with right side impingement

@@krock9887 It's getting less numb, I'm almost 2 months post surgery. Still numb around surgery site and back of elbow. I have swelling around new ulnar nerve location hopefully this reduces with time also. Overall very happy with results, no subluxation at all and no pain. If numbness and swelling goes away I will be super happy. I will say that I’m going from 2 to 3 beers a night, very good.

When I have labral tear, not only does the affected area hurt, but is it also possible to experience pain that radiates from the inner thigh and groin down to the calf and even to the bottom of the foot? I have difficulty to walk and stand straight because of this pain.
