After all the drama he has gone through recently (some of it self inflicted), all he should do is focus on the gym and the diet, take a break from social media and come back showing off his gains

Lets talk about the collad clout grabbers like that bs OF chick youve been hanging out with. I was following Jack intil I saw this and he got all cocky counting followers. Back to basics kid and stop spamming every day. Checknin once a week and keep them engaged or it will be the end of your so called empire.

This guy doesn't deserve his platform he stopped training he started hanging out with bad people and when his fans were telling him to leave the bad people he was calling them clowns and others stuff even tho they were trying to get him back on track this big loser got an ego and he thinks he is the top dog 🐕 We need to put this loser back in his place for he can actually grow and actually do something with his potential then ruin it he all ready got dropped by my protein take away his ego he will be a balling messs on the ground begging for forgiveness such a loser

Yo, really liked this podcast. I don’t think the haters would hate if they saw this podcast 🙌. But, Jack if you see this, I would definitely recommend powerlifting - I saw your 100kg deadlift tbf that was quite impressive for someone your bw. The good thing about powerlifting is that it is much easier to see progress. For example, u could increase a lift by 10kg in a month - however it may take you 3 months or more to see a big difference in muscle mass. Also, as powerlifting is in weight classes - u could become v impressive as a lighter weight powerlifter. Whereas when pursuing purely bodybuilding - u would probably have to put on 20kg of muscle to become impressive.

A lot of the issues Jack has mentioned here are such small tivial problems. I worry for him as he gets older and encounters real challenges. Unfortunately it gets a lot harder than getting dumped after a summer romance and having to endure college for '2 days a week' 🤣
@malkz613Ай бұрын
He wasn’t complaining about having to go to college two days a week, he was talking about how he wasn’t doing anything with the rest of his time and was just bed rotting essentially

You need to show more of this side on your social media...for some reason you've become incredibly arrogant,ignorant and a know it all when you've been lifting for 5 minutes. That's why you get so much hate, because of your attitude and your unwillingness to learn. Don't call me a hater, he needs to hear the truth instead of everyone treating him like a big baby.

You’re a good young man jack, you’ll make a great father someday 🙏🏼 Matthew 6:19-21 19 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Man, this... this is what your insta has to be about. So relatable. The insecurity, lack of direction in life, not knowing where you belong. I know its scary, but this could be so therapeutic for you Jack, youre not alone with these struggles! Try to open up about yourself in the videos about training and nutrition. What are your struggles? What are you learning? You'll see how many people will reach out to you about recognizing all of this and thinking they are alone in this. Goodluck on your journey, i'll keep following you! We are all gonna make it!
