DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST. They took a waterproof £370 Le Chameau boot to replace a zip and sewed through the rubber and leather liner rendering the boot completely useless. Isaac did not seem to be aware that puncturing a waterproof memebrane stops an item being waterproof and refuses any liability. I sent them a waterproof boot with a broken zip they returned me a colander with a new zip.
