They do ask for bill or invoice. Pls check everywhere.. mailbox, Amazon/Flipkart order info etc. As a last resort, you can check with service centre if they can do anything to help in scenario where one don't have bill.

Apko check Krna pdega service centre pe. Most cases me to within 48 hrs a jata h mail pe voucher otherwise agar phone me koi dikkat hoti h to technician team se call a jata h

For oneplus9R I got 31k exchange voucher only applicable to buy 11R. Another option was 17k that will apply on any one plus product. Your exchange voucher should be along the same lines but keep us posted how much amount voucher you will be getting 🙂

It should come in your mailbox within 48 hrs of submission. Have you checked spam folder in inbox as well?

That should not be an issue. They need correct mail id mainly. Did you receive any callback from their technical team regarding any issue with your phone? Any work done from outside or water damage

I've OnePlus 8 , got green line issue 4days back .I went to the OnePlus service centre, they told that now OnePlus is no longer giving voucher codes , instead they will put new display free of cost. Is there any way that i can avail the voucher code for my green line issue !?

Hi Ashutosh, feeling sorry about your experience.. there is no other way. The service centre should be providing the voucher, in a no questions asked scenario. I will try to visit the service centre again to confirm this. By the way, which location of one plus service centre you got this info from?

Guys just me solution for my problem i have purchased my OnePlus 8T at price of 25k which i have purchased from second hand mobile shop genuine market but didn't got original charger and box with it even bill i got is of that shop retail one. And got email of invoice given by them can i still get this offer is it possible

Hi Shubham, if you have invoice then you are eligible for getting this voucher. However, it's important that you have not got any work done from outside or posed any water damage to the mobile. About charger I am not sure because they did took the original charger and c type cable from us.

Hello, i visited service centre first on 1st June Saturday when they told me about voucher option and asked to take back up of data. Then I went again on 3rd June Monday as Sunday's it's closed.

Yes after 8 days I got free screen replacement , I have so far observed if you go to an authorised service center you will get screen replacement , so far as I observed at exclusive service centers still they are providing coupon option
