recently adjustment my form to this style and its effective! really easy to remember and very natural shooting form. Thanks KD! Basically just put your right foot a little bit in front and drop the weight of your arms with the ball then do the one motion technique! Boom!

If they just play man to man it would be easier all that switching teams do is stupid

I love this, love Jokic. But this is kinda not that innovative, as we’ve seen this before in 2014 with the Spurs. But yeah, close to unstoppable, especially when they are sinking their 3s.

Tip: if your right handed hold the side with your right instead of the left, hold the back with your left because Tatum is left handed

Feel like layups when he's looking past the defender, totally free of fear that he's gonna get blocked

He makes that look easy. That take an insane amount of reps to perfect.

Our U14 girls can play better zone defense than what you see these NBA teams playing. All they want to do is play inside out for the 3 point shot. Not reality for most younger teams.

It's funny that Celtics were the first team in this video and just got demolished by a Zone.

Tim Duncan's bank shot is the equivalent to Kareem's Skyhook if you can perfect it you're unstoppable on the court

The footwork is amazing and from an era where gather steps weren’t really a thing, so your steps had to be right. Kobe is the other clear guy that shines a lot with his footwork too.

Great analysis. Tbh though, I personally feel like, the only reason this works (sometimes inconsistently) is because you make the offensive player think more rather than play instinctively. Most of these shots are makeable. If the offense does not think too much and plays normally, they can get on a huge run which is harder to stop with this defense. Depends a lot as well on the personell of the offense and defense.

More entertaining than the superteams that Lebron created in the 2010s. Similar to the 2014 Spurs with the efficient and unselfish style of basketball.

Hey, about steph releasing the ball on the way up, can you maybe clarify me a bit more on how he does it ? because at the 3 point line i've been having this energy transfer problem for a while where i always shoot short and even airballing the ball because i dont have enough power, even tho im very much jumping higher and also lower than steph in this clip... so yeah im talking about the timeline at 4:48
@RonanBorja5 ай бұрын
Instead of thinking of jumping higher think of dropping your hips more or hinging your hips quicker. The more you’re able to move something quick you’re able to make more force and power. You don’t need to jump higher jumping higher would be the after product of you dropping your hips quicker or deeper.
