The real issues faced by nonmainstream ,unprivileged women of inadequate support system , networks , allyship lack of mentorship & sponsorship at workplace which adversely impacts the career advancement and progression , the participation in the decision making process , right to dissent by being authentic & vulnerable,seat at the table are more important & urgent .
