5:06 yeah the ninja is notoriously difficult to clean. For shakes specifically, vitamix (pricey) or magic bullet (cheap) options are super easy to clean. No biggie but just sayin'. Love this video though.

You are definitely on the rehab fast track. I am 5 days post op and just now feeling good enough to stand for extended timeframes as well as walk…my surgeon has told me that I have to wait for any of the exercises you are doing…I know you worked very hard in prehab which is likely why I am lagging so far behind😮

This is not greasing the grove.. greasing the groove is doing half your one set max in reps MULTIPLE times a day, not just once. So if you can do 10 reps pull ups max.. you would do 5 rep sets, but you would do it every hour throughout the day. Do it like that and you will be doing 50 rep sets musch faster than you can imagine.

I kind of agree with you because she seems to be equating greasing the groove with consistency and frequency, which is definitely true but most people think of greasing the groove as doing something 10 times a day at 50% of maximum capacity. in the video, she specifically mentioned two or three times per day. I would say she is advocating a slight variation of the traditional method, but in the end anyone who follows her advice will definitely find results and becomes stronger

1) Your ideal weight x 12 = The # of Calories. you should consume per day (Calorie Deficit) 2) Your ideal weight x 1 = The amount of protein (in gram) you should consume per day 3) Strengths training 4) Move everyday (walk) 5) Be Consistent!!!!! ** You have to be in calorie deficient day in and day out consistently!!
