Everyone here in comments saying use it topically are not reading the studies. The studies were oral. This blocks DHT. Then to help things further, add minoxidil, Tretinoin and micro-needling to increase cellular turnover topically. Rosemary oil has been debunked so many times by chemists. See Lab Muffin Beauty Science for clear breakdown of how those studies should be interpreted.

I saw a tattoo artist that wanted to experiment with the longer time between sessions. He removed someone’s tattoo in only 4 sessions (it looked a similar dark and thick black tattoo like in this video). The minimum time between sessions was 9 months. Other times were 1 year between sessions. I think if you’re someone that wants to remove your tattoo fully, and the time it takes isn’t much of a concern. You should consider waiting 1 years between sessions, it will make it much more affordable too. Paying only one session a year is around $800 I believe. It’s much better than paying $800 every 6 weeks.

When i was going to the college, I’m too poor to afford the bus ticket ($7 round trip) so I walk like 2 hours a day just for grocery, some time a can (or 2 cans) of milk (2 gallons/can) on my back bag. This is the only time on my life when I got 6 packs 😂 didn’t know we call it “rucking”

hey man! your videos are incredibly informative, I've been following your journey for a while and seen your recent updates regarding rosemary oil and castor oil daily topical, I was wondering why do you think you're seeing results now when you haven't seen any before from using rosemary oil in a few different experiments. do you think it's because you're doing it daily this time? or do you think the castor oil is the big difference? im running a similar experiment with pumpkin seed oil + rosemary oil, I might add in castor oil as an extra carrier if you think the evidence is there to support it!

The earth is charged negative. As you move up from the earth the charge is increasingly positive. So if you are not grounded to the earth you are losing electrons via respiration. Touching a door knob will not ground you because *it* is positively charged too. The only way to hold a negative charge in the body is to be in contact with the earth, whether barefoot, or conductive devices wired to the grounding rod of the building.

Bro, I haven't watched all of your videos, but let me give you some truth... You need to throw everything that you've tried in the trash and simply get yourself on 1-1.25 mg of ORAL finasteride and 2.25 mg of ORAL minoxidil. You can thank me later... You're literally spending your whole life trying things that don't work and avoiding the only two things that do work. Oral minoxidil and oral finasteride.. Wow...

I had my tattoos lasered off back in the late 80s. After about 10 laser treatments, I decided I was happy with the results. There is still some ink, but they look like bruises. Most people can't tell they were tattoos.

I've been rucking seriously for 4 years. I'm 43. I'm not going to dismantle the video point by point, I'll just say this: Prior to making this video, this guy said flat out that he hadn't even heard of rucking. Take everything said here with a grain of salt. Experiment and come to your own conclusions based off of multiple months of work. Don't just take this as gospel and write off rucking. Best form of exercise I've done in my life.

Yeh I noticed that too, I didn't want to fudge the data so kept it in but I made no lifestyle changes in those days so I just put it down to the random variations you sometimes see in HRV/RHR. I think the fact it remains elevated is testament to the breathing protocol, compared to equivalent spikes in March that year that went away again.

To old for that sort of silliness, but when I was younger I could ski with around +60KG plus a rifle, both up and down hill. Up hill was not so bad but down hill would be some what difficult, my advice would be to leave the pack at home unless your engaged in military service and realise your don't need to run more than a few mile and walking is easy. Go to the gym lift some weights with some short runs if need be, need to lose some weight just eat less.

😂😂😂 I feel sorry for anyone who buys into this nonsense. Just buy an electricians multimeter and look at the difference between a regular bed sheet and being “grounded” ITS NOTHING 😂 u really think you’re building up static charge all night. Maybe if your regular bed sheets are made of rubber

I've never bought any of the grounding products but i used multimeter and found a massive amount when in bed. Turns out the off label phone charger was dirty electric. Probably plenty of people with same issue. It's at least worth removing them.

I can promise you they do. My dad actually has a lumbar back issue which he’s had since he was a teenager. He’s never had relief despite using strong medication, a tens machine, cbd oil, exploratory surgery, injections .. everything you can think of. So out of desperation we got him a grounding bed Sheet and his pain is now 90% better. He can bend down and do daily activities which he has been unable too for decades now. He was housebound. Also he was in blood thinners which he’s now massively reduced as grounding helps to thin the blood. There’s plenty of evidence especially for the blood and pain aspect. He can sleep through the night now so I can promise you they do work and they work well. I wouldn’t knock it until you’ve tried it

I was also really scared from finasteride. But when I take it, my libido is at the highest level that ever was. My erection is harder. It is caused by higher testosterone due to lower conversion of testosterone to DHT. What am I trying and what is my regime? Oral and topical finasteride. Oral and topical minoxidil. Microneedling at least every week. Ketokonazol shampoo every week. Eating pumpkin seed oil. Scalp massages.

*My advice*:- Bro, do 10-15min scalp massage with bhringraj oil + vitamin e capsules (in morning till evening) and castor oil (overnight).... I have also got drastic improvement in my hair regrowth (yeah, regrowth)... I will also upload my before and after hairs to prove my point.... .... But, remember a point:- do this on short hair or bald head, because it will easier to scalp massage.... {2008 indian research on bhringraj oil vs minoxidil, u will amaze to know that bhringraj oil outperformed in hair regrowth}.... Even in our ancient tradition, we called bhringraj oil - king of all hairs; Taking about my hair problem- it is seborrheic dermatitis + shredding hair line from front and back...

Try scalp micropigmentation SMP. Get 10 to 60% increase in new hair. All of these techniques will make a big difference. Try real red light panel therapy daily for ten minutes with 9 to 12 inches distance. Should see a difference around 50 days use. Try microneedling

This is amazing and super helpful. I'm thankful that someone took the time to break down the top most common approaches to combatting hair loss. I started noticing it on myself recently after seeing a picture of me with my hair pulled back and appalled. Among everything else I have to worry about I never thought hair loss would be another thing on my list. I know this video is old already but I'm hoping you've posted an update with positive results.

If all companies would take pictures under controlled conditions and with the same light angle and hair length like in this video, no hair loss product would ever be sold :) This being said, I do see some slight improvements. Thank you for doing this experiment, OP !
