What about quarterly meetings? EOS one looks amazing and I'm playing with it now but for quartlery meetings all I can do is set up a custom agenda? For the Segue is there a way to type in? We always as 3 questions and type the answers (have always kept agendas on word) but how do I add that ability into these agendas?
@EOSWorldwide14 күн бұрын
While EOS One currently has mainly weekly features for its L10, it can be used for quarterly meetings. As you've mentioned, you can create a custom agenda and set the meeting time to "as needed" rather than weekly. While we do not have a quarterly Scorecard or agenda right now, we do look to have more custom features in the future. The Segue does not have a text field, as it is meant for an informal, quick check-in. If you have any other questions, please email [email protected], and we will get you your answers!

Quick question: let's say there's 3 items on the issue list, but due to time constraints only one ends up being IDS'd. What happens to the remaining 2 items on the list? Are they automatically postponed to next week's L10 and/or addressed at the end of the recap at all?
@shakilhasnat636814 күн бұрын
You solve issues based on priority and the unsolved ones moved to next week.

So good! I've implemented this in board meetings and in most businesses I advise. Great for general leadership and sales leadership meetings

I love this. I rarely hear the top priority issue, or the root cause identified in meetings. I hear stories and see squirrels chased around the room. This issues-solving track is a simple, easy-to-understand best practice. thank you!

Yelling out “who’s gonna fix this him or you” is not empowering your team, it just looked really bad and then to blame your OC’d was another Dick move- you just unnecessarily embarrassed your own people in public. That’s poor leadership and a massive ego. not OC’d. I stopped watching from that point on

When you have a large team how do you get your work done on top of making sure you are available? Balance is one of our company's core values and bringing work home all the time because I ran out of time would throw my work/life balance off. I love talking with my team, but being in some type of meeting all day means I am not getting my own work done.

Great question! We invite you to check out "The EOS Life," which dives deep into how to Delegate and Elevate successfully without simply passing on the workload to someone else. Is there a video that you've made that covers the 8 Cash Flow Drivers?
@kaylavanseth86882 ай бұрын
How do you do this when most companies NEED to have proper documentation before making that decision? You can see right away the people who don't GWC so how do you build a case around it when most companies are also watching out for the "unemployment" case and if they can win it? I know this isn't talked about much, but it is a reality for most companies.
@EOSWorldwide2 ай бұрын
Great question! When we're teaching GWC, we also typically cover the concept of the 3-Strike Rule, which should be documented each time. You should have a minimum of three documented data points before making a people move. You should use all the tools in your toolbox to show the work done by a manager/HR to try and reconcile the issue, but at the end of the day, we all need RPRS in every seat for the greater good of the business and then must make the tough calls.

Powerful reminder of the fundamental principles we often forget. It brings back the wisdom of prioritization, emphasizing that not everything can be a priority. I resonate with the notion of pushing what's most important to the top, even if it requires more time.

The EOS 5 Core Values: 1. Humbly Confident 2. Grow or Die 3. Help First 4. Do the Right Thing 5. Do What You Say Thank you, Mike and Gino, for changing my life between March and July 2020 when the company I worked with in Minneapolis started implementing the EOS System for the reopening of our local client X on July 17. By implementing EVERYTHING inside the EOS System (it took months), we then grew from $5kMRR (close to bankruptcy and lay off of all staff) to $50k MRR in a matter of 2 months and a half. Our metrics, rocks, everything was on point, and our gym members were so happy we then grew exponentially. Unfortunately, because of a Visionary and Integrator fatal argument one bad day in October 2020, our whole team got divided in half: the people with the VIsionary on one side, and on the other side the Integrator supporters. I got relocated to take care of a different client (I forgot to say I was the VP of Sales and trainer in the business), after October, and then we know from friends and teachers there that the business went down AFTER the Visionary left, and we got "relocated". I hope it makes sense! Blessings to you and the family. Following with great interest the developments of the EOS Life for everyone. Gratitude and hugs from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
