Yes, yes, yes! Holdsworth's musicianship is beyond the instrument he played or even the genre he presented it in. Every now and then he framed a piece of work like "Distance vs. Desire" and "Endomorph" which showed that his musical expression really exceeded traditional formats. I'm sure this is a reason he embraced the Synthaxe. Your treatments do honor to his musical legacy. This is one of my favorite solos of his in one of my favorite songs!

At the start of this I got an Irish feel, then it moved to a more Russian style, within around a minute, after that I just went into a relaxed state of mind and listened to the music and enjoyed the simple but entrancing sound that I could listen to over and over again.
