Did you ever bog your mustang gt down a lot when learning how to downshift rev match? And did you worry about burning the clutch up whenever you did bog the car? I am a newbie manual driver. Just picked up a 2015 SS Camaro 1LE and so far I love driving manual. I'm not against the newer manuals with auto rev match but, I personally feel like it makes me feel more of a competent driver knowing I can control the rev matching.
@CoyoteCammКүн бұрын
Yeah i definitely have bogged my clutch down a lot when rev matching. This car is my first manual, i got it a year ago and even to this day I still mess up rev matching at times. You’ll pick up soon just keep practicing! As for my clutch burning i was worried at first but some people don’t even rev match they go straight into the high gear, those people are the ones to worry about their clutch lol

yo did you by any chance change ur clutch spring? i just got a 15 gt and i can barely feel the bite point on my clutch (new to manual) but in other cars its much more defined. A response would be fire if possible thanks!
