It may be mean-tone but a few notes are way off. I notice that the stoppers on a few notes are pulled out as far as they can go and that may be not enough. Raise the pitch up overall, pushing all in a half step would do. I use "Tuner Time", there are great tuner apps out there that are free.

Oh I love that instrument - it's so quirky and different ! It reminds me a bit of the organ in the Disney Concert Hall - they wanted to make it look like a bunch of flowers, but it actually looks like a carton of french fries. Your instrument is more like a grassy bank covered in wild flowers.

I would think tuning this thing is a bit of a challenge given the positioning of the pipes.

Write a 'melody' that one can play whilst you tune by order of access left to right. Some stoppers are pulled out too far.

You ought to build a fantasy style treehouse like theater house for about a dozen or so audience members and include that organ as part of the set. Make it look like a cottage or cabin or hobbit hole. Perhaps add some furniture on stage that looks just as higgledy-piggledy as the organ itself.

Heiße Luft dehnt sich aus und das Schwungrad verhindert, dass der Kolben im Zenit stehen bleibt. Das war's auch schon.
