Eine Orgel aus einem Baumstamm, einem Riesenluftballon und 37 Pfeifen, Manual aus Ästen und Blasebalg aus Wachstuchtischdecke - ein Musikinstrument und mechanisches Kunstobjekt des Bildhauers Ludvik Cejp. Barbora Cejpova spielt die Englische Suite Nr.2 von J.S. Bach (und andere Opusse für die, welche mit Bach Nichts anfangen können). Mit Rat und Tat und 37 Pfeifen stand die Orgelbaufirma Jäger&Brommer als Pate beim Entstehen dieses Instrumentes.

Oh I love that instrument - it's so quirky and different ! It reminds me a bit of the organ in the Disney Concert Hall - they wanted to make it look like a bunch of flowers, but it actually looks like a carton of french fries. Your instrument is more like a grassy bank covered in wild flowers.

MOST INTRIGUING! I would certainly like to know more about it's construction - how are the valves placed inside the barrel, and the keys connected to the valves? A much better sounding instrument than many such projects I have seen. Congratulations on your success with this. And to the excellent playing of Barbora - very nice!

An organ made of a tree trunk, a giant balloon and 37 pipes, manual of branches and bellows made of oilcloth tablecloth - a musical instrument and mechanical art object of the sculptor Ludvik Cejp. Barbora Cejpova plays English Suite No.2 by J.S. Bach (and other opuses for those who can not do anything with Bach). With advice and action and 37 pipes, the organ builder Jäger & Brommer was the godfather of this instrument.

Un peu d'espoir ! Cet instrument refait le lien entre matière, son et ordre musical. Superbe, une très belle réussite.

Erstaunlich: auf (fast) jedem Astloch eine Pfeife - und sie funktioniert und klingt recht gut. Auch die Windversorgung ist ziemlich stabil. Die Traktur sieht abenteuerlich rustikal aus, aber hier zeigt sich mal wieder: einfaches funktioniert am besten. Glückwünsche zu diesem charmanten Gesamtkunstwerk!

@MrMichaelmusicman danke.. übrigens, ich habe gerade die Walt-Disney_Concert_Hall Orgel nachgegooglet: es hat damit aber nichts zu tun. Es geht nicht um ein Paar schräge Pfeifen (die hier sind so angeordnet, wie die Äste, die der Holzfäller abgeschnitten hatte), es ist das scheinbar unpräzise Manual, die absurde Druckluft (Wind)erzeugung und Stabilisierung mit einem Luftballon... Es sieht wie ein Witz aus, der Witz ist aber, es ist kein Witz. Es funktioniert.

You ought to build a fantasy style treehouse like theater house for about a dozen or so audience members and include that organ as part of the set. Make it look like a cottage or cabin or hobbit hole. Perhaps add some furniture on stage that looks just as higgledy-piggledy as the organ itself.

It may be mean-tone but a few notes are way off. I notice that the stoppers on a few notes are pulled out as far as they can go and that may be not enough. Raise the pitch up overall, pushing all in a half step would do. I use "Tuner Time", there are great tuner apps out there that are free.

Nein das ist ein Gedackt 8´ ein 2´ klingt viel höher und ich habe auch noch nie einen Gedackt 2´ gesehen außer vielleicht bei einer Drehorgel

@flimi leider nicht, ich kann die Orgel bauen oder am Blasebalg pumpen (das ist ja das wichtigste, sonst würde es auch mit dem besten Virtuosen am Manual nicht spielen), aber spielen kann ich nicht. Meine Nichte Barbora ist gerade nicht zur Hand.
