Can you explain the changes made to the engine? ECU remap? Chip?

It's ECU remap, because the chip often causes problems, it’s a custom remap. The preparer has shifted the maximum speed (rpm) to increase the range of use in case of need + 2 switch to power bench (before / after). The modification allows to roll up to 50% maximum of bioéthanol, which is much cheaper.

How does the 1.6L atmospheric perform uphill and when loaded with people. I am afraid that it will go slowly on mountains and when full with people.

it’s not a sports car, you have to push the gears a little bit, but at 4 in the tucson + 3 bikes + roof box, we passed the passes of Savoie without any problems. I was even quite surprised

Gear back to 4 and it will be fine. Still no speedmonster but it will work for you. And an atmospheric engine needs the high rpm to be fully capable.

It's 1370 kilos suv 10 second 0-100 for atmospheric engine it's very good.. It's a suv no formula one..
