Hmmm... I wonder if I sprinkled the layer of unbaked "dough" with some shredded cheddar cheese and sliced pickled Jalapeno peppers and then baked it, I could get a keto version of Jalapeno Cheese Bread.

Okay....I confess. I've lost count of how many times I've made this...my way...since I don't have an oven and I don't trust my toaster oven not to burn this....I make this in my waffle iron! (Thanks to someone's comment below that I can't find now but whoever you are...THANKS!!)

Made it yesterday - also added a tbsp of almond flour, crispy bacon and a bit of xanathan gum to the batter. It came out great, it also works in a toaster the next day, thank you for the inspiration.

This recipe could also be use as a noodle replacement in lasagna! All you have to do is bake it on a large flat baking pan making it a little flatter and then cut into lasagna noodles 😋

Wow! This cheesy bread just came out of the oven. I can't believe how much it is like bread, since it's only cheese and eggs. It's absolutely delish. Really really good. Not weird, just total yummy goodness!
