For everyone that doesn't understand: In a muscle up the more momentum you use the easier it gets (even an average person can do one if he/she swings enough) less swing room=harder muscle up No swing room= the most difficult muscle up

yeah i m 70kg bw and can pull up with 50 and 30kg by 8 reps or 20+- clean pull ups and 0 muscle ups even i was 65kg and pull ups with 45kg per 1.. shure i m the averge noob with 6 years pull ups expirience of training

​​@@saint9487 that's not how it works lol. There's 2 types of strength in our body - stamina and explosiveness. And you need specific training for each one. For stamina - just more reps (doesn't matter how much weight you add, you would be able to do 1 muscle up max without training explosiveness specifically). And, to train explosiveness, you'll need to do less reps, but put more force in each rep to reach the bar higher and higher, until you can touch it with your plexus, then it'll be the easiest muscle up transition you've ever had.

Not really wheights give u strength calisthenics less so but more resistance to fatigue and lower leves of strength but over longer periods of time, to maximize strength he would have to train in a completly different way

I think because my training is focused on climbing. Pull ups always explosive with chest above the bar for years. Also you have to „mantle“ to top out lots of boulders. Both combined plus not knowing about swinging automatically lead to „static“ muscle ups.

yes that's how it's supposed to be done, but most people need to use a lot of momentum to learn the movement

@@liamadamseditst’s generally recommended to learn it with a swing, since it helps coordinate the changes from pulling to pushing, and how to navigate your mass around the bar. Unless you’re some kind of anomaly that can hold at every point in a chest-to-bar pull-up before you attempt a muscle-up 🤣

No, it's very rare that people do it 100% under the bar. Even those that look super strict with no kipping usually have their bodies a little in front of the bar when they explode upwards. If thats how you do it, can you do a muscle up from a dead hang without swinging forward first at all? Very high level if so

It is basically to measure your stability It tells how much did you swing your legs while muscle up Less distance = more stability = more toughness

It is possible, there are athletes who did slow muscle up no pike, not sure about no false, but it should be doable. Kowalik did really clean 20+ muscle ups at his prime, I am sure he can do the no swing no kip muscle up. Michal Urbanik too.

Actually 0 cm muscle up or how I call it deadpoint muscle up is not hard when you get the right technique, but it’s great variation to improve transition and explosive power

-At the beginning of the sixth grade I made 3 pull-ups -at the end of sixth grade I had 15 - at the beginning of seventh grade I had 17 pull ups and started to learn a muscle up and gave up a few weeks later Now I’m in eighth grade I had my first muscle up two weeks ago and today I made two in a row and an half an axe and I even got a 0cm muscle up like you do (Don’t know why am I telling you this but I’m just kinda proud at my self I guess…)
