@@RisenSunAcrylics not much of a difference ...I think Brinley just layered her colors in the same cup but side by side but the way Olga does it is much better & turns out much nicer I think anyway. Lol . I love Olga she is all about trying new things and testing new products... I was just talking about the little "history " of the kiss pour lol. A lot of the pours out there now have been around for years but just got called different names by different people...like the Dutch pour was originally the Air Swipe or something like that lol . There have been some larger Artists who have seen another smaller artists do a technique then they intentionally will steal that idea and rename it like the Ghost pour ... that was a certain way of doing a swipe by someone who was getting ready to start her KZfaq channel and only posted it on a Facebook art group page and a bigger artist begged her to see her technique in private and then BAM a couple days later posted a video of it and totally renamed it and acted like it was all her idea ... and the same thing has happened to MelyD who is an AMAZING artist that came up with the Cloud pour but she also used to do puddle pours and then run her finger through the different puddles to get different designs & effects when she tilted it ... but she took a little time off from painting and another big artist popped up and started doing basically the same exact thing and called it the Wreck a Ring pour and took all the credit for it. Its pretty crazy . But Olga didn't do anything like that ...when she 1st started doing the Kiss pour she totally gave credit to Brinley as her inspiration and you can see in her older videos that she even Titled the videos as the Soulmate kiss pour. I actually call it the kiss pour myself but I will never acknowledge the ghost pour or the wreck a ring because those 2 pours were intentionally used to take the credit and get all the views for because those artists are all about the money & dont care who they discredit or step on along the way. If ypu haven't seen MelyD you should DEFINITELY check her out she is awesome and an incredibly talented artist. Tammy Anderson & Tracie Reed are also amazing artists and are very nice and all about art for the right reasons. Have a great weekend & stay well. !!! 😉😉😉😉
