1/2" Milwaukee Is Still "Broken" But It Works (2767-20)

Sent this impact off to Milwaukee after my last video about it and it was "repaired" but did not fix the issue. It works and always did, just not at 100% capacity. Still an awesome tool anyway you slice it and I am happy to have it. Thanks for watching everyone!!

Did you catch all the 2767 hub bun lately? I imagine you have the “A” model, but Milwaukee did admit to a widespread stutter problem due to electronics.

If you are still in the return window for HD, I would probably take it back. I know they extended some returns time frames because of the virus.

I'm not too worried about it as tool will be under warranty for a while, if it gets worse I'll send it back in

Same concern here and mine is only hours old. I’m wondering if this is what they mean by more control. But when it hammers, it rips bolts up. It does have a 5 year warranty so I’ll just beat it till it truly acts up. I do have my IR 7152 if I need a backup after all

Same here. Mine did this since new. Been rattling on it since, hasn't changed/gotten worse, but annoying at times none the less.

Blaster PB for the lugs. Apply it and let it set for 15 or 20 minutes. They will break loose. Used it for years. Sometimes you might have to apply more then once, depends how long its been since they were last removed but it eventually works. Good product.

Understood, I was using it so that the socket wouldn’t bind and “seize” to the lug

I have the same impact and it’s an absolute animal. I feel like mine would break those lugs loose no problem compared to yours. Something might still be wrong with it

Check my videos. I just uploaded my gun doing something similar. 2nd brand new gun in a row to do the same exact thing. I returned my 1st one and the 2nd one does it too.
